Large, airy studio apartment with separate entrance.Has both queen and bunk beds.
The country setting with large private yard , stone walls and a stream make it a great place to bring kids and the family dog.
Have your morning coffee on the covered deck before heading to the local beaches and hiking trails just minutes away by car or bike.
Spend evenings by the fire pit or visit restaurants and shops in historic Newport.
There is plenty of extra storage available for bikes or surfboards.

The hosts are super and the space is gorgeous. It is the perfect place for a stay at the beach. Everything in the kitchen is setup for cooking an easy meal. At night there is a big TV for family movie, comfortable beds for sleeping. Mornings coffee is provided , so you can drinking coffee and looking out at the beautiful trees. The place is an easy drive to the best beaches in RI. There's outdoor showers to rinse of the sand, and inside with soft towels and soap provided. The place is also decorated in great style. Just lovely. We can't wait to come back.

Perfect perfect. The setting was other worldly. So lush and peaceful. The loft cozy furnished to a tee with rows of eindows on 3 sides to maximize the stunning forest views. Like sleeping in a treetop. Also the space was stocked with everything we needed.So close to a quiet beach and reasonable distance to drive to Newport. Doba and Doug were so friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed everybaspect of our visit.

This property is exactly as advertised: a pet friendly, spacious studio (garage) loft in the woods with outdoor space shared with the owners, who are very friendly. The kitchen is set up for breakfast so that you're free to explore dining options for lunch and dinner.

Wonderful—a must stay!!

Danna and Douglas were absolutely wonderful hosts! The space was clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the garden views were serene, and they were so welcoming and friendly. My dog also loved them, and they were so kind to both of us, making sure we had everything we needed multiple times. I cannot recommend staying here enough, I will definitely be back!!

Awesome little loft!

Hosts Doug and his wife were great! Friendly and very accommodating. The loft is spotless and comfortable furniture. Large hammock. Great clean bathroom and shower. Location to Newport and other attractions is super easy. Would highly recommend.

A wonderful loft, on a beautiful property ….

We spent two nights and were very happy with our stay. We never met the owners but they thought of everything to make our stay perfect. The loft is charming and well appointed with easy access and exit. We appreciated the privacy offered and the setting is idyllic. Thank you!!

Spacious Studio Apartment in Little Compton, RI

The studio was large and roomy. The beds and couches were comfortable. Nice outside sitting area, front and back yards are large and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!
