"the room was not cleaned properly there was large amounts of hair stuck to the wall in the shower and on the floor. i had to use paper towel to wipe it off as it was a lot and put it in the garbage. It was gross to find that and to continue to use the bath for another 24 hours before someone showed up to say they clean every other day. after i insisted they cleaned the bath area only . you deal with a gateman and during our stay the elevator broke so lugging suitcases up stairs is not good. the...

"Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly"

We rented a car and wanted a property that had good location, parking and a comfortable apartment style living arrangement which we got. "A lovely holiday with fantastic staff, but let down by departure day. Our recent stay here was genuinely lovely, largely thanks to the fantastic staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. The accommodation was excellent, the food was great, and the amenities were generally very good. If you are travelling with family, the kids' club is absolutely fantastic. "AC in the room was extremely loud. Bathtub with yellow stain, you don’t expect this for this type of hotel. The Breakfast is ridiculous expensive $35 US dollars per person. The beach across the street is a public beach even when it is a gate to get in using your hotel key. Overpriced hotel. The best of all was the staff super friendly and helpful.
