Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it is situated in a peaceful setting, close to the ocean and on the edge of the beautiful Landes forest.

The house features a bright living room with a sofa and a TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. Everything is provided so you can easily cook on-site. For sleeping, you will find one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a second bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), and a third bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) with a pull-out bed that can be used as an extra bed. A bathroom with a hairdryer is available, including a shower and a bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. A washing machine and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
Outside, a pleasant private garden allows you to enjoy sunny days. It is equipped with a table and chairs, sun loungers for your relaxation, and a griddle for al fresco dining.
Parking is available within the residence, but not assigned spaces.
In terms of location, you are ideally situated to discover the natural beauty of the region. Just a few kilometers away, you can enjoy the superb beaches of Contis and Cap de l’Homy. Numerous cycle paths border the surrounding area, perfect for exploring nature on foot or by bike.
The village of Lit-et-Mixe offers all the necessary amenities: shops, a market, restaurants, summer activities… and a typical Landes atmosphere, nestled between the ocean, pine forests, and tradition.
