Just a short walk away, you’ll find the beach, restaurants, the List harbor, and the picturesque dune landscape—perfect for relaxing on Sylt.<br><br>The house features a modern ambiance, a cozy gas fireplace, and a garden with a terrace. Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a spacious walk-in shower, as well as another bedroom—both furnished with high-quality Treca double beds. There is also a private sauna in the home’s basement.<br><br>We’re happy to provide garden furniture depending on the season.
