An exquisite apartment set within countryside a million shades of green, offering a taste of luxury and the ideal base from which to explore South Cornwall - and it has it’s very own wood fired hot tub too!. Ground Floor:

Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Z-Bed (Flexible Sleeping Only), Freeview TV. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Cot, highchair and stairgate avaliable on request. External utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other property on-site). Back garden with decked area, garden furniture and barbecue. Wood-fired hot tub for 2 (private). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is a step in the garden.. Set within the gorgeous countryside of south-east Cornwall, with rolling hills, hidden valleys and meandering streams, discover this superb apartment, perfect for exploring both beaches and moorland. Situated between the rugged beauty of Dartmoor National Park and the mysterious Bodmin Moor, there are countless walks to be enjoyed and breath-taking views aplenty! Your apartment evokes a feeling of relaxation throughout, with subtle and stylish décor complemented by wonderful natural light. On the ground floor you will find the spacious bedroom with kingsize bed and TV and chair bed for a child, whilst the exquisite bathroom has a modern twist with a large shower cubicle. The stairs lead you up to an open plan, bright and airy space, with attractive shades of blue.

The kitchen has an excellent level of equipment, so light breakfast or hearty meal can be both prepared and enjoyed with ease, and the dining area has seating for two or three guests. There is an inviting sofa from which to unwind and recount your day and TV to catch up on your favourite soap – if you have the time! The garden space is a delight; a private decking area with seating, umbrella and barbeque, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or to sit and star-gazing the sun has said goodnight. And of course, there is the ultimate chill-out space – your own wood-fired Scandinavian hot tub, great for leaving the hustle and bustle well and truly behind you!

To the south, a short drive takes you to coastal towns of Looe and Polperro or the villages of Cawsand and Kingsand all steeped in history with tales of smuggling and wrecking. Their narrow streets revealing an array of restaurants and shops and beautiful cottages too. The beaches on this part of the coast are numerous and offer coves, inlets and low-tide rockpools – perfect for children of all ages to explore! The beautiful towns of Liskeard and Tavistock have many amenities and superb architecture and are well worth a visit. Take the train from Liskeard railway station, all the way to Plymouth, where spectacular scenery unrolls before you as you pass through the Lynher and Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This vibrant historic naval city has marinas, the famous Hoe, The National Marine Aquarium and the Barbican’s cobbled quayside.

Pure tranquility

Beautiful property very peaceful we wanted for nothing one of the best properties we have stayed at carolanne was a lovely host always checking we where happy about the property we stayed for a week but wished it was two, i highly recommended this property and we hope to come back again soon.
