Què li ha agradat: Neteja, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
Staff were courteous, and great. The only issue we had was that our room was nor prepared at 15:00 and the staff told us that it was. When i walked into the room it was not ready (bedsheets were undone, bins were full, it was not clean). however when i informed the staff, they immediately apologized and gave us a different room which was ready and clean.
The only thing i would say is that the rooms a bit small and there is no cupboard in the room just a very small metal rack for hanging coats and jackets. Otherwise, the room was sufficient, clean, and the location of the hotel is perfect for a short visit. All of the best areas and key transport links are within 3 mins (Rossio metro station if you want to visit Sintra) to 15 mins (Cais do sodre metro station if you want to go to cascias or belem) walk.
The hotel is next to Rossio metro, which also means that Sao George, Baro Alto, Chaido and all major places worth visiting are 10-15 mins walk. Would highly recommend for a short break.
