The listing says it is “accessible” and has an elevator. That is partially true. There is an elevator but you have to climb two flights of stairs first to get to it so this is definitely not an accessible property. The communication with the host was very difficult and there is nothing that identifies which unit to go to once you get there. We had to ask several tenants who fortunately were there as we arrived but even they all said the host is unreliable and the process for guests is always a little difficult to find the unit. We attempted to enter the wrong unit and then walked up the stairs to each floor checking for electronic doors until we found the right unit and finally got inside. Once that was done, the apartment itself was very nice, clean, spacious, and an excellent location. The only negative I have for the apartment itself is the beds and pillows were not very comfortable but other than that it was a very nice place. At night it was pretty quiet and if there was any noise, closing the shutters eliminated it. There weren’t a lot of towels but there was a washing machine so that helped. There is not a safe in the apartment which is not a complaint at all but just an FYI if that is important. I would stay here again but it was not completely as advertised.
