Place needs repairs

The apartment was close to the subway which made getting around easy as parking is very difficult anywhere in the city. The apartment pictures does not show the mould that was in both bathroom and the ensuite bathroom was absolutely disgusting and a health hazard. Both bathrooms had poor drainage in the showers. We were only given a bath towel each and a hand towel each would have been appreciated.There was no dish cloth and only one towel in the kitchen.There were five of us staying but the kitchen only had enough plates and mugs for maybe 4, sometimes only 3 people. Also, there was no toaster.Only having one remote for the A/C units is also a problem.Overall the apartment has great potential if these issues are properly addressed. The location is good and Lisbon is a great city.

Good location, great apartment

We stayed here as a group of five and this apartment was perfect. Location was great, apartment meant was clean, tidy and ideal for a small group. Just be aware that it is on second floor with no lift so may not suit everyone

Dishonest-Did not refund security deposit

There was mold and water leaking from ceiling. No hot water the first night and no remedy from host. Worst of all, Verbo /host has not released the refundable security deposit of €250. Beware, they cannot be trusted

Overall nice stay

The property was clean and we especially enjoyed the four separate bedrooms. Just a few small suggestions…for Americans, 2nd floor is 2nd floor so clarification that you start at ground 0 ahead would’ve helped. We are older and 3 full flights was difficult. Having an instruction sheet on the table regarding trash/recycle rules, air conditioner remote instructions would be very helpful. The neighbors we encountered were friendly however we didn’t know trash rules and they didn’t like that, so instructions left for us on that would’ve been helpful. For a week stay with four of us, we all felt we needed more than one bath towel, hand towel and kitchen towel. Napkins or paper towels would’ve been nice also. Other than those few rather small inconveniences, we really did enjoy our stay. Thank you!

Great Condo in an Ideal Location

What a great condo in a great spot of Lisbon. The neighbourhood is safe, away from the masses of tourists but walkable to sites, had a metro stop, STM/Cambios, great morning/lunch cafe and groceries within 2-3 minute walk and the best chicken restaurant at the corner of the restaurant. Quick trip to the airport. The building was a beautiful tiled older place, was quiet and the neighbours were friendly. It is nice and bright and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. The AC was really great to have. There are a couple of flights of stairs. The on-site manager was quick to respond for check in and needs but the rental company is a bit slow through VRBO and there were problems with payments through VRBO- used PayPal instead but it was a bit disorganized. All said and done we would all stay here again! Can’t say enough about the convenience of the location for us.
