Great apartment in the heart of Lisbon

We had a great experience at this property! The apartment in person is exactly as advertised online. The pictures and description are 100% accurate. It was clean, in a good central location and the property manager was very quick to respond. We had trouble locating the building, as we were in a rental car and the map was taking us in circles, and the property manager was very fast and helpful to give me additional instructions via WhatsApp. You turn down what appears to resemble a pedestrian street under a building archway - FYI. No fault of the property, just Google maps being finicky for us that day. We loved the location. It was in the midst of everything in the Chiado neighborhood and walkable to just about anywhere, but located on a quiet street so we didn’t have any issues with loud nightlife or crowds. You can enter the building and apartment using your phone, which made it very seamless. Lots of nearby restaurants, bakeries and shops. They also provide a digital guide with instructions for just about everything in the apartment. How to use the A/C, WiFi, where the iron is, etc. Very well-thought out experience for guests. The A/C and WiFi worked great. We didn’t use the kitchen but it appeared to have all the amenities. Truly - no complaints and we’d stay here again! And, we’re picky!

Central Lisbon

Fantastic apartment in central Lisbon just a block over from the main pedestrian (tourist) street. Great location if you want easy access to food and nightlife, not great if you want a more “local flavor” quiet corner of town. The apartment itself was exactly as described, wonderfully clean, and great communication with the agency. This was our fault/confusion: there is no keypad on the exterior of the apartment building. You have to have an internet connection to open that door upon arrival with their app on your phone. Once you get into the apartment (again with app or keypad), there are keys. Oh yeah, the ground floor in Portugal is 0, so if you are on the 2nd floor, that’s up 2 flight of stairs, not one.

Perfect location

The location was excellent for proximity to many attractions and restaurants. Very walkable. The property was as advertised. Beds were very comfortable, and was cozy and comfortable. Cute view of the street! Pretty quiet, not too loud.

Amazing location in a chic, comfy space

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Lisbon with nearby restaurants, Metro and bus stops, and shopping. And the apartment is so comfortable and perfect for two!

Cozy apartment in the Baixa neighborhood of Lisbon

The apartment is easily accessible from train stations, airport, groceries, restaurants, and other Lisbon neighborhoods either by walking or via ride-share service for longer trips. The apartment itself is as advertised; the pictures are accurate. Contact with management is easy (responded to questions on the same day). We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Great Central Location

Very nice place to stay that matched the pictures/description perfectly! I had a small issue/confusion with checking in and the host was very responsive and helpful. Easy walk to the water and/or things you want to see and places you want to go, easy ride from here for things a bit further out. Would definitely recommend/stay here again!

Great place in excellent location.

One of the nicest apartments we have stayed in. Located in the center of the city but quiet. Convenient to local transportation. Very nicely furnished and decorated. Very attractive and comfortable but without the clutter sometimes found in an apartment shared with the owner. Plenty of storage space and all the rooms have a/c. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location, short walking distance to metro stations, sites, waterfront, and all downtown locations. Having a drip coffee maker in the kitchen (not just pods) and a combo washer/dryer (not just washer) would have moved the needle from A to A+.

Could not have chosen a better place to stay! Wonderful air conditioning throughout during a very hot week...Had everything you need to feel right at home. The only negative we can think of is the quite small shower in the bathroom. Other than that; we truly enjoyed our stay!!
