  • The apartment is located in the typical district of the colonies. Built in the 30s of last century, the neighborhood follows a polygonal layout and the buildings have facades art deco. It is located in a central area of ​​the city next to one of its main avenues, Avenue Almirante Reis and the underground station "Angels" one minute away on foot. In this area one can find all kinds of trade - restaurants, cafes, craft stores, grocery stores, laundries (...) and transport, such as the tourist tram 28, which is the historical route through the hills of the city.
    The historic sights like the castle of St. George, the Baixa, the yard of the palace, Chiado or Liberty Avenue are 15 minutes away. As well as access to the train station of Santa Apolonia and the airport.
    The apartment was fully renovated in 2015 and have four bedrooms, three of them with double bed and one with twin beds, dining area and living room, two full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, microwave, fridge , Nespresso coffee machine ... is ideal for groups or families. Possessed child's bed.
    The price includes towels, sheets, final cleaning, cable TV and internet wifi.

The apartment location is great. It was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. The owner was friendly and very helpful. We were able to drop off the bags early. I would highly recommend this apartment. Maybe the one negative was the small shower the drained slowly. But we knew this and what do you expect with an older building. We just made it work with the 7 adults in the apartment.

Notre hôte nous a accueilli très chaleureusement, elle a facilité notre arrivée en nous permettant de déposer nos bagages à l'appartement dès le matin. Elle a pris le temps de nous donner des infos sur les choses à voir et à manger, et cela nous a bien servi durant notre séjour.L'appartement était propre, confortable, agréable, et très bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne. Merci à Rosario pour son accueil, nous recommandons cet appartement.

Très bel appartement. Situé à proximité du métro pour un accès au centre ville rapide ainsi que pour se rendre à l'aeroport (à privilégier : facile/bon marché/simple)Petit supermarché au pied de l'immeuble.Très bien accueillis et contact facile avec notre hôte.

Stayed for 3 nights in November. Host maria Rosario was lovely and very helpful. Flat is on 3rd floor and has no lift and is also on a bit of a hill ( Lisbon is very hilly!) so if you have mobility issues, this won't be the place for you. 4 good sized bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. One nice main bathroom with a small toilet / shower room . Also has a small balcony off lounge and main bedroom. Overall very happy with the property

Superbe vacances à Lisbonne

Nius avons apprécié la situation de l'appartement. Le métro juste à côté, les magasins de quartier et les restaurants. On a pu se garer facilement prêt de l'appartement. Petit bémol le bruit, mais normal c'est la ville !!!

A deux pas des transports en commun en venant de l'aéroport et pour aller visiter tous les lieux principaux de Lisbonne. Un appartement pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes avec une literie de qualité, des équipements très bien adaptés, des commerces de proximité et quelques restaurants sympa. Great stay in Lisbon

This apartment was great and Rosario was really helpful, responsive and proactive. We were 6 (5 adults and 1 child) and the apartment was clean, comfortable and stylish. We stayed twice (once on the way in to Portugal and once on the way out) and had really positive experiences on both stays. The buliding is nicely maintained and the neighborhood has everything you need. 3 minute walk to the metro, grocery store and cafes. 10 minute walk to some outstanding Portugese food options. An excellent "home base" to explore Lisbon from. HIghly recommended.

A lovely stay

This property was the perfect base for a family trip to Lisbon. It comfortably hosted 7 of us between the ages of 1 and 67. There are three flights of stairs to the apartment but these weren’t an issue as we spent the whole day out exploring. The apartment has 4 comfortable bedrooms, a lovely kitchen, sitting room and two bathrooms. It was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed. Rosario met us at check in and was lovely, explaining what is around the local area. We picked this apartment as it is less than 5 min walk to the Anjos metro and supermarket which was great for stocking up. Overall we all had a lovely stay and would definitely return and recommend.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen

Sehr schöne, große Wohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmern, Küche, 2 Bädern, 2 Duschen. Das zweite Bad liegt quasi auf dem verglasten Balkon, ist eher als Ausweichbad zu nutzen aber tut seinen Dienst. Ein Teil der Wohnung ist ältere Bausubstanz und auch portugiesisch typisch nicht perfekt, wie z.B. der Balkon, von dem man in die Nachbarwohnungen sieht und umgekehrt. Alles in Allem aber sehr angenehm und problemlos, WLAN vorhanden und ansonsten gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug und ist mit Koffern eine Herausforderung. Ansonsten ist die Lage ruhig und man ist in 5 Minuten an der U-Bahn, von der man alle Ziele in und um Lissabon erreichen kann. Supermärkte sind in Laufweite, Müll klassisch südeuropäisch ist ein Stück die Straße hoch. Wir haben es mit 5 Personen sehr genossen.

Great place to stay in Lisbon!!

Our family of 8 adults had a great time staying at Rosario's place in Lisbon. It was right next to the Anjos Metro station which provided convenient access to the city center, airport, and other places of interest. There were many cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores right around the corner from the building. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hostess was very helpful and gave us suggestions as it was our first visit to Lisbon. Having 4 separate bedrooms + 2 baths was the perfect size for our group. Although we did not utilize the kitchen much, it was spacious enough that we could have prepared meals, and the fridge was nice to keep our leftover takeaway food. We enjoyed having the windows open to get fresh air and city sounds during our stay, and the wifi worked without issue for all of our many devices. We hope to come back to Lisbon and look forward to booking Rosario's apartment again next time!

Basics stocked low

Location and having 4 bedrooms was good but the second bathroom is more like a closet. Be warned you're only given one bath towel each, one kitchen towel, and 3 rolls toilet paper and you have to buy your own if need more. Towels are only relaxed after 10 days. Theain tub doesn't drain properly so your standing in your showered water. There's mold on the ceiling. My message about needing more tioltet paper wasn't returned. The host wasn't there in check in but sent her friend who rushed through everything because had to get back to her company We had difficulty with the lock. It's tricky to lock. We weren't shown.

This apartment was ideal for our large family. In addition to bedrooms, there were was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped. Our host was very friendly and very helpful in her recommendations for seeing the city. To get to the apartment, there are quite a few steps to climb, so that may be a consideration for those with mobility issues. With a metro stop and numerous restaurants and bakeries nearby, I would highly recommend this apartment to use as your base in Lisbon!
