Guests are kindly requested to collect the keys from our reception desk located at Rua da Boavista 78, 1200-085 Lisbon. For arrivals after 8 PM, the keys must be retrieved from a designated lockbox situated in front of the office. A late check-in fee may apply, subject to the lockbox\'s availability.

Everything was good except we did not have hot water all 4 days our stay. Communication was not great as well. Did not have answer diring q4 and 8 hours.

What a perfect place to stay. Although it is a lively neighbourhood on weekend evenings the noise level in the house was minimal.Short walking distance to all amenities.We would definitely stay here again.Thansk

Barrio alto visit

The accommodations were neat and modern. Beds were comfortable, and the apartment was a nice size for 4 adults. No light in the entrance when walking in doors to the apartment we needed to use our flashlights. As international travels check in was very late and the office did not open until 10a, so we needed to walk around town for 4hrs with our luggage, a big disadvantage, but the office staff very courteous and helpful when we had an injury and lost luggage! Neighborhood is loud, you are very close to a rowdy bar, homeless person was in residence across from the apartment every morning during our stay, with that being said, neighborhood felt safe. Location was convenient to local restaurants and to other areas of town.

Fabulous Stay

Loved the apartment, photos & description accurate & loved Hugh balcony over open court yard area & plenty of light other side off living area with full smaller balconies. Staff response was excellent, on arrival missing few drinking glasses & within few hrs someone delivered . Highly recommend.

Barrio Alto Hills

Apartment was clean, roomy for 4 adults & close to restaurants, plazas, ruins & churches to explore. Our second stay in 3 weeks to Lisbon, it was great to explore a different district. We had some great meals on the sidewalk cafes. It was so wonderful to be able to eat outside in October. Be aware their are lots of hills in this area. Apartment was on the 4th floor & sadly the elevator was out of order. Outfitting the kitchen with some basic supplies (coffee pods, salt & pepper, olive oil etc) & having a working elevator would elevate this VRBO to the next level.

Beautiful place close to all

Beautiful location. Central but away from the noise. Except for the adjacent and across the street construction. Jack hammers 8 am to 7 pm basically 6 days a week. Very good response when we needed assistance. One caveat. This place is quite close to the office. Too close for a cab. It is more than 1/2 mile uphill on cobblestone streets.

Nice place

We had a nice stay at this apartment in Lisbon. It is adequately stocked, but there is nothing extra. There is plenty of construction going on around the building, but that didn't bother us, as we mostly weren't there during the day.
