Agréable séjour, bel appartement

L'appartement est très agréable, vintage, clair, fidèle à la description et plutôt bien placé. Manque toutefois d'un peu de vaisselle pour 8 (quelques verres et 1 seule petite cuillère...). La documentation fournie n'est pas à jour (contact mail et code WIFI notamment mais nous avons trouvé le code sur la box). Manque un peu d'entretien. La douche de la grande chambre est en fin de vie. Le parquet de cette chambre est très abîmé par endroits (dangereux pour les pieds!). La porte d'entrée de l'immeuble difficile à ouvrir. L'appartement reste toutefois très agréable, clair et spacieux. La literie est correcte. Pas adapté pour jeunes enfants selon moi, ni pour les couche-tôt car le quartier est bruyant le soir (la petite place à côté est très sympa et animée). En résumé un rapport qualité prix tout à fait correct pour 8 personnes.

très bel appartement mais vieillissant , situation parfaite.

points forts : la situation :donne sur la Praça des Flores dans un quartier authentique et très animé ! idéal pour trouver un restaurant après une longue journée . l'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, nous avons apprécié les meubles et la décoration vintage, le beau parquet . On s'y sent bien. La cuisine moderne est bien équipée en matériel. La communication avec l'agence a été efficace et sympathique, ils sont intervenus rapidement pour remedier à quelques problèmes ( barre de douche décrochée , lavabo bouché ,2 poêles type téfal inutilisables car fond complètement rayé ont été remplacées)) points faibles : propreté très moyenne ! poussière sur les meubles , vitres pas nettoyées depuis longtemps ( on le voit bien avec le soleil ), tour de portes et fenêtres noirs de saleté ( on a cru que c'était de l'usure de la peinture mais en frottant un peu on a vu que c'était juste sale ) le matelas de la chambre en suite devrait être changé, on sent les ressorts sur tout un côté. la cabine de douche de la salle de bain en suite est étroite et vieille : elle fuit , et la douchette ne fonctionne pas (seulement la pomme de douche du haut). il manque un peu de vaisselle, l'appartement peut être occupé par 6 personnes mais pas assez de vaisselle ( et celle qui est là est en partie ébréchée ou abîmée). les serrures sont extrèmement difficiles , surtout celle de la porte extérieure. Je pense que suite à nos remarques des améliorations permettont d'atteindre les 5 étoiles!

Quirky

The apartment is quirky and has everything we needed and was comfortable. The location was good although noisy at night which for a city location is to be expected. Just one or two niggles which did not detract from our enjoyment but I think that was because we were a group of four in a flat that could accommodate eight. The flush in the toilet was broken, one single bed was very uncomfortable and we had to buy extra toilet paper and dishwasher tabs/washing up liquid. Overall it was a good experience but some maintenance and attention to detail maybe needed not just a quick clean.

The apartment was located in a vibrant area of Lisbon and was close to so many activities and attractions. We especially loved the park across the street. The down side was that because it was so centrally located, it was super noisy all day. If you're a light sleeper, it could be a problem.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Alles toll, Miniprezo gegenüber, groß, hell, tolle Atmosphäre. Nur die Türen sind tückisch!

Vaste, clair, bien placé

Superbe appartement, à 10 mn à pied d'une station du tram 28... Petite placette agréable juste à côté (avec un bar/ restaurant sympa), une superette en bas de l'immeuble très pratique… Petits bémols: 3ème étage sans ascenseur (après une journée de Lisbonne, c'est dur!) pas assez de vaisselle (une seule petite cuillère! très peu de verres) la cafetière annoncée comme Nespresso ne prend pas les capsules Nespresso (mais on peut acheter des capsules Delta à la superette). Sinon, bien équipé et superbe! Une bonne adresse!
