This light and airy, fully equipped two-bedroom apartment, with large a living space with a fireplace and access to a beautiful terrace, also offers a separate kitchen and two full bathrooms, which will allow you to fully enjoy your time with family or friends. You'll love staying here, enjoying all this village as to offer.

Strolling by quaint Cascais; spending time at its beautiful and unique beaches; visiting its Fortress, Palaces and Museums; having alfresco dinners at the famous Yellow Street or enjoying the various shops, bars and restaurants at the Marina; Cascais has so much to offer that you will wish to stay for longer.

You can enjoy all the above without the need of a car but note our apartment is only five minutes away from transportation options that swiftly take you to explore the enchanting historic village of Sintra or the beautiful city of Lisbon, as well as Guincho beach, Cascais most famous beach and a part of Sintra’s Natural Park. Regardless of your chosen mode of transportation, you'll be conveniently close to the Cascais train station, bus stops, and taxi stands.

Remodelled in July 2016, our apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a balcony, and the other with two single beds and a hallway wardrobe. The living

room includes a sofa bed, a dining table, and a balcony with a table and chairs. Additionally, there's a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, clothes drying rack, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, kettle, iron, ironing board, kitchen table, and cooking utensils. You'll have access to cable TV and WiFi throughout the apartment.

Located next to one of the "Yellow Streets", you’ll find a wide range of restaurants and bars just steps away. As it is a tourist area, there may be some noise coming from the nearby bars..

We're incredibly flexible, and our interaction with guests will be tailored to their desires or requests. Whether you prefer minimal contact for check-in/check-out or daily interactions, we're here to accommodate. We offer various additional services such as cleaning, transfers, babysitting, chef services, and organizing sightseeing tours, among others.

Important:

Late check-in (after 20h - 30€; after 22:00h - 50€)

Earlier check-in (between 10:30 and 12h - 50€; between 12h and 15h - 30€)

Late check-out (after 12h – 30€; after 15h – 50€; after 17h – preço da noite em vigor)

Any necessary or requested intermediate cleaning for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning.

For stays above 28 days, the law does not oblige to any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly clean using our service providers will be mandatory and it will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning.

Stays equal or longer than 28 days, expenses for water, electricity and gas are not included and will be charge to the guests.

Please note that a tourist tax is applicable to all guests staying in Cascais. This tax is imposed by the local municipality and must be paid in addition to the accommodation cost. The fee is 4 Euros per night, per person, for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old are exempt from this tax.

If pets are allowed, guests will not only be responsible for complying with the existing condominium rules, but also for maintaining the good condition of the property and for any damage caused by the pets during the entire stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothes; urine or feces odors, scratches or damage to wood and paint, etc.).
