Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this apartment features an optimised and welcoming open-plan layout. The living and sleeping area blend harmoniously and are equipped with two comfortable armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a double bed, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax.

The modern kitchen, with contemporary tones, is ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to basic crockery and utensils, the kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster and a practical suspended counter with high stools to help with your daily routine.

Access to the balcony is conveniently located at the back of the kitchen, so you can easily sit outside, enjoy an al fresco coffee and take advantage of the excellent natural light during the day, which brightens the entire area.

The property has a full bathroom equipped with a shower. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Please note that the studio is located on the 1st floor and access is exclusively by stairs, which is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Located on one of Lisbon's highest and most charismatic hills, this accommodation places you in the heart of the historic and genuine neighbourhoods of Graça and São Vicente. The energy of this neighbourhood is absolutely captivating, offering a total immersion in local life combined with a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Stepping outside, you will be just a few steps from the stunning Miradouro da Senhora do Monte — the highest point in the city and the perfect spot to watch an unforgettable sunset with a panoramic view over the River Tagus and the castle. The surrounding streets invite long strolls, where you can discover the famous Feira da Ladra flea market, the imposing National Pantheon, traditional bakeries, typical tascas and the distant sound of Fado echoing from neighbouring Alfama.

Despite being a neighbourhood retreat with a life of its own, the proximity to Lisbon's Historic Centre is excellent. You can walk down the picturesque and winding cobblestone alleyways to the Baixa Pombalina and the cosmopolitan Chiado, or, for a truly memorable experience, hop on the legendary Tram 28, which passes through the neighbourhood and takes you on a scenic and nostalgic journey through the oldest parts of the capital. It is the perfect balance between the tranquillity of a traditional neighbourhood and the pulse of the tourist city.

In addition to being an excellent starting point for exploring Lisbon's hills, this location serves as a fantastic logistical base for discovering other regions and unmissable wonders. With easy access to major transport hubs (such as the nearby Santa Apolónia station or Rossio), you can easily organise day trips. In a short journey, you can visit the monumental Belém neighbourhood (with its Jerónimos Monastery and Tower of Belém). If you prefer to leave the city, take the train and be enchanted by the romantic and magical village of Sintra (UNESCO World Heritage Site) or enjoy the sea breeze in the elegant and sunny coastal town of Cascais.

The property is located in a historic and charming area, with easy access to public transport and some of the city's most iconic landmarks.

By metro, Intendente or Anjos station (Green Line) are just a few minutes' walk away, with direct connections to Marquês de Pombal, Baixa-Chiado and Humberto Delgado Airport.

By bus, Carris has several lines in the area, with broad coverage across the entire city of Lisbon.

By tram, the iconic lines 28 and 12 pass nearby, connecting Alfama, Chiado and Baixa in a picturesque way.

On foot, it is easy to reach Castelo de São Jorge, Mouraria, Martim Moniz and Lisbon's historic centre in just a few minutes.

Humberto Delgado International Airport is approximately 10 to 15 minutes by car or around 20 minutes by metro. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are easily available in the area.

This property has a self check-in system with a smart lock, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

On the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
