The kitchen is fully equipped and is fantastic for preparing all daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, the kitchen has a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as other appliances to make your daily routine easier.

The bedroom features harmonious and minimalist décor, and is equipped with a relaxing double bed, a desk by the window (ideal for working) and a spacious wardrobe to store your belongings.

The bed comes with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Located in the vibrant heart of Chiado, Lisbon's most elegant, cultural and cosmopolitan neighbourhood, this apartment is the ideal base for exploring Lisbon. The energy of the neighbourhood is absolutely contagious and unique, offering a perfect blend of historic charm and modern sophistication. As you step out of the building, you'll immediately be enveloped by a vibrant atmosphere, full of street artists, luxury boutiques, theatres and historic literary cafés, such as the famous Café A Brasileira.

The location is unbeatable for exploring the Historic Centre and the most iconic attractions of the Portuguese capital, without needing transport. You are just steps away from the imposing Carmo Convent, the famous Santa Justa Lift and the lively Praça Luís de Camões. A short and pleasant walk downhill to Baixa takes you to the majestic Praça do Comércio (Terreiro do Paço) and the banks of the River Tagus. If you prefer nightlife and tradition, Bairro Alto is right next door, and the walk to the viewpoints and the iconic Castelo de São Jorge is an unforgettable experience.

As well as being at the epicentre of Lisbon, this address is a strategic starting point for exploring the nearby regions of great tourist importance. Thanks to the excellent transport network and the proximity of Rossio and Cais do Sodrê train stations (both less than 10 minutes on foot), it is extremely easy to organise day trips. You can embark on a magical journey to the romantic village of Sintra (UNESCO World Heritage Site), with its fairy-tale palaces, or take a short and scenic riverside train ride to the elegant coastal town of Cascais and the beaches of the Estoril line.

The property is located in the heart of Chiado, one of the best-connected neighbourhoods in Lisbon for public transport.

Chiado metro station (Green Line) is just a 2-minute walk away, with direct connections to Marquês de Pombal, Baixa-Chiado, Cais do Sodré and the rest of the city. The iconic tram 28 stops right in front of the apartment, linking Chiado to Alfama, Estrela and Prazeres — a charming way to discover the city. Several Carris bus lines have stops just a few metres away, providing connections to all parts of Lisbon.

For those who prefer to explore on foot, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Baixa and Cais do Sodré are all within a 10-minute walk. Taxis and Uber are widely available in the area and can easily be hailed on the street or booked via app.

Humberto Delgado Airport is approximately 20 to 30 minutes away by taxi or Uber, and can also be reached by metro with one change at Alameda station.

This is a property with automatic check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00).

We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, which is in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
