It is on the fourth floor. The elevator gives access to the garage below the building, with parking for one car.

The flat has a living room with a big sofa bed, dining table for four, International TV and free wifi Internet: the windows are double-glazed.
There is a bedroom with a double bed - sheets and towels are provided.
There is a bathroom with a tub and shower and the kitchen is fully equipped.

We will be there to give you the keys and tourist information when you arrive.

We look forward to your arrival and will be ready to help with all the information you need for an unforgettable Lisbon holiday.

This apartment is very comfortable and well equipped and extremely well situated. It is just a few minutes walk to the metro, tram 15 which goes to Belem and starts from the next square Praca da Figuera, tram 28 which stops on the opposite side of the Praca Martin Monez, and Rossio station from where you can get a train to Sintra.

We had a great stay, perfect position for tripping around and for restaurants. We had everything we needed in the flat (except a can opener). It was very warm so the window shutters and multiple fans were very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable but is quite low.

Perfect space with a fantastic view. Light and airy with all those doors to be opened. Centrally located with lots to see and do within walking distance. We would recommend this apartment.

Nice apartment, very central in Baixa, close to metro and to Rossio train station. There is a Continente supermarket 3 mins away. Kitchen is very nicely equipped. They also have a washer (no drier). However, keep in mind there is no AC, and when the temperature reaches 33 degrees is quite uncomfortable. The 2 fans for the entire apartment don't make much difference. Opening the windows at night allowed for some cooling, after 2PM, but the noise is high, because of the busy street. You need ear plugs. In their defense, it seems that the building code does not allow for ACs.

The property was great, allthough there was no air conditionning. The area is close to main attractions in Lisboa but the square it is on is noisy throughout the night, with the need to keep the windows open due to no airconditionning this proves to be a problem. Also the area does not feel very safe at night.

Nice apartment with good windows, shower and laundry. Interesting view of the square. No AC, neighborhood a bit sketchy but still safe. As expected overlooking a public square it was noisy until late every night.

Great location

Very clean and well equipped. Location is very convenient with a very good grocery store one block away.We used the nearby Mundail Hotel as a geographical home point on our maps.Bed is good. Lots of windows and doors to the outside.I would come back to this one for sure.

Great location to explore Lisbon

Super convenient location of this apartment made it easy to get to all points of interest in Lisbon. Kitchen was well equipped, and laundry was a bonus. Nearby grocery was a plus. Only very minor complaint was that the bed was smaller than expected.

Spacious and great location

This apartment was more spacious than we expected. It had lots of natural light and had everything we needed. Although the square out front could be a bit noisy you couldn’t beat the location for proximity to transit and many popular tourist sites.

Great location

Our flight to Lisbon had been delayed by 3 hours and even though we did not make it to the apartment till 7:30 on a wet and cold evening Fabiola was there waiting for us with a warm welcome.This apartment was very central to everything - including the Funicular, Train and Tram stops. We enjoyed the view up to the Castle of an evening and as the week we stayed turned out to be quite wet and cold we came to appreciate coming in of an evening to such a warm and cosy apartment. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we are ever back in Lisbon and to recommend it to family and friends.

Great location! Wonderful apartment!

Everything about this rental unit was wonderful. Access to the popular areas of Old Town, the rail and metro stations, grocery stores and restaurants is extremely easy. Our only concern was the noise from the street below, sometimes after midnight - but we would still go back for all the other reasons.

Lisboa is fantastic

Clean and comfortable. Close to most of the must see places in Lisbon. We walked every where including to Belem although that might be a bit much for some people. The area is noisy which did not surprise us because it is in the middle of the city.

Location, location, location

Our primary reason for staying here was the Christmas markets and we were not disappointed! They were mere minutes away as are so many Lisbon sites. We had five glorious days of walking. I do have a couple of caveats though. We are an older couple and we had been travelling for several weeks so probably had more luggage than most. As such we specifically wanted a place with an elevator. Technically there are elevators here but in order to get to the one that takes you to your floor you must walk down into the garage. Probably not an issue for younger folk but not ideal for us. Secondly there is no way this apartment is 861 sq ft and the listing should be changed to reflect the truth. I would say at most the apartment is 500 sq. ft. Fine for two people but no more. Lastly, the bed is quite low to the ground. Again, not a big deal for most but a caution if you have any aging issues. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone wanting a good jumping off point for seeing Lisbon.
