Appartement très bien et super situé pour tout visiter en 4 jours.ascenseur très apprécié car la visite de la ville est très sportive.Accès des clefs très facile et loueur sympathique.La salle de bain est surement à rénover mais ….Super séjour à Lisbonne et à refaire !!

Wohnung ist groß genug für 4 Personen, auch sauber, aber in renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand. Das Bad muss dringend erneuert werden. Hier ist es wirklich etwas gruselig, zu duschen! Die Türklinke funktioniert nicht mehr, was mit einem Haken auszugleichen versucht wurde. Der Tisch im Schlafzimmer 1 wackelt in sich und kann kaum benutzt werden. Die Kissen auf der Dachterrasse existieren leider nicht, sodass man auf den blanken Brettern sitzt, die teilweise lose sind. Parkett im Esszimmer ist an 1 Stelle ausgebrochen - Verletzungsgefahr. Die Lage ist klasse, mitten in Chiado, nächste Metro nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Auch zur Rua Augusta ( Essen & einkaufen) nur ein ganz kurzer Weg. Wohnung ist im 5.Stock, aber Aufzug vorhanden ( sonst hätten wir das mit dem Rollstuhl niemals geschafft) Klimaanlage ist vorhanden und funktioniert prima! Fazit : könnte so toll sein, wenn man etwas investieren würde!

Great location to be able to get around to a number of sites. Disappointed that there was no outdoor furniture as indicated in the pictures and that a fan never showed up. Overall a good place in great location.

Overall disappointed with the stay and property. Property did match what was shown and described in online photographs. Property was old and outdated. Shower did not work the whole time we were there. Communicated this to the property owner and he had us try several different things to get the shower to work, but nothing helped. So could not shower for two days. Minimal to poor amenities. Way overpriced. Would certainly not recommend.

Picture lies

Location could not have been better. Space was clean, but did not look like the photos. The space appears to be managed by a large manager company that has little customer service. If you do rent this space, ask your Uber driver to go to George’s Public House as space is hard to find.

Wonderful place that was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do in Lisbon! It was spacious for our group of 4 and had lots of light beaming in! Helpful property manager who was responsive. Great stay!

Great location; a bit crammed

Great location; decent views, comfortable apartment, but it would be good to improve the entry process- electronic access is helpful so a family doesn't have to rely on 1 key; bathroom door height would ideally be 3" higher - watch your head! Pictures accurately show the unit.

The apartment covered all the bases. It was clean, in an excellent neighborhood, all the appliances worked and safe. The team at Feels Like Home were helpful in every way possible. The Baixa /Chiado metro stop is just a few yards away from the front door of the building so it is very convenient. Many thanks for a great stay.

perfect location

The apartment is on the 5th floor of a building on a quiet street steps away from the Biaxa-Chiado Metro station. There's an elevator, so don't worry about having to lug your bags up. The roof top balcony was wonderful. You can see the water from there. There were a couple of mechanical problems with the apartment: the external air conditioning unit rumbled against the roof in the small bedroom. They came over twice to fix it. The bathroom doesn't latch. Other than that the apartment is great.

Good location

We were a family of four with 2 teenagers, we stayed for three nights. The apartment was small and basic. There were four of us , so we knew it would be a tight fit but all we wanted was a place to shower and sleep after a busy day so it worked out fine for us. The location was good close to restaurants, shops, attractions , transport. The apartment would suit maybe a couple or two friends , over three people and it's crowded. The roof balcony is unusual , three people could lounge there comfortably but it is not suited to chairs and tables more bean bags and blankets. The only issues we had was the kitchen was really small and IF you were planning to eat in or self cater it would be quite a challenge preparing a meal. One of the legs on the chair wa broke as was the lock on a door leading to the balcony. Over all it was good for what we wanted, though it would not have suited a long term stay for us, The location was its best feature.

Tolle Lage, mäßiger Wohnkomfort.

Positiv: Die Lage ist überragend. Mitten in der Stadt. U- Bahnhof 50 m entfernt. Viele Hotspots fußläufig erreichbar. Tolle Dachterrasse. Negativ: Der Wohnkomfort war mäßig. Kaputte Fenstergriffe, ein Stuhlbein gebrochen, Klimaanlage tropfte, Klotür schleift auf dem Boden und den Türgriff hatten wir beim 2. Mal ziehen in der Hand. Die Agentur war immer erreichbar und sehr bemüht und der Hausmeister hat einiges beheben können, aber hier muss eindeutig der Besitzer die Wohnung instand setzen. Für 4 Personen ist zu wenig Geschirr vorhanden und auf der Terrasse gibt es nur eine Sitzgelegenheit. Ergo: Für 118 € pro Nacht enttäuschend.
