Location yes, property no

Best part was the Location. Checkin was a struggle - we booked their transport from airport and the driver took us to the flat when he was supposed to go to their welcome center. The back and forth between took an hour. Keys would not work - it took 10 minutes to get in off the street then we couldn’t unlock the apt. Driver left and finally a neighbor helped us - he said the old keys were a problem for other guests. Inside the apt was run down and main bath sink didn’t drain. Mold and rust in the tub, worn out furnishings throughout. It was very hot inside with no AC and only one working fan - all windows faced the sun. Water heater tripped so we had cold showers day 2. Property manager sent someone to bring a 2nd fan and try to unstop the sink; he reset the heater for us and it tripped again the next day. Too much deferred maintenance on this place to recommend it

Good Resting Place

We enjoyed the location and great restaurants nearby. Lago de Carmo has so much history around it. Close to Metro, Tram and Rail Station, easy to get around from here. Large living room to relax in after being out all day. Quiet location, activity at Largo but not noisy late in the evening. Sent msg on bathroom door as too hard to turn handle. Wife couldn’t get out a couple of times. Video on washer is wrong model. Still, a good unit with relaxing aura.

Absolutely Perfect

We highly recommend this property and the management company. The location is perfect. It’s a 5 minute walk to amazing shops and the subway, and an easy 15 minute walk to the waterfront. There are excellent fish and Asian restaurants around the corner. For groceries, there is a nice store about 10 minutes walk. The unit itself is beautiful, spacious, and well equipped. We appreciated the washing machine and dryer, comfy bed, and comfortable linen. We recommend using the car service offered by the property manager. They pick you up at the airport and bring you to the offsite property office to get the keys, and then on to the apartment.

Lovely Apartment In a Perfect Centralized Location!

My husband and I spent five nights in this lovely apartment and could not have been more pleased! The apartment is actually quite large and the soaring ceilings help to give it a sense of spaciousness. I was concerned that we would need to check in to the Welcome Center rather than meeting the property manager at the apartment, but it worked out fine, due to securing transportation through Feels Like Home. The driver, Patricia, picked us up at the train station, drove us to the Welcome Center, waited for us while we checked in, and then drove us to the apartment. We were very appreciative of this! The apartment was in a PERFECT centralized location, close to numerous historical sites and “attractions,” not to mention wonderful cafés, restaurants and inviting squares! I would NOT hesitate to book this apartment again for future trips to Lisbon!

Great Location, poor communication from property managers

The apartment is perfectly located in the Chaido neighborhood. The building is up to date and accessible (once we figured out how the keys work, which was a difficult process), and the apartment is roomy and bright with beautiful artwork. However, the furnishings are a bit tired/tattered, and the kitchen is not stocked with basics, such as salt and pepper, and contains a coffee maker that requires pods we could not find in grocery stores. The property management company did not communicate important details to us prior to our arrival and during our stay.

great location in Chiado!

Excellent, spacious apartment with lovely modern decor in a great Chiado location, close to Campo square, tons of great restaurants, and the delicious Pasteis de Nata of Mantageiria! Best ones in town! Very comfortable bed and good pull-out couch, sizeable kitchen with w/d. Nice natural grocery market just below the building. Easy walk to Market Time, train to Sintra, Bairro Alto, and Alfama (if you don't mind the hills!). I would definitely stay here again and recommend highly.

Amazing Find
