Beautiful and Spacious apartment with Rooftop

Spectacular, spacious and bright apartment located on the 5th floor of a building with a lift, a smooth wooden staircase, in a residential area of Lisbon, with capacity for 9 people. We also have a pac-n-play available if needed. This apartment is ideal for creating wonderful memories with your family or group of friends.

The apartment has two floors, a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a balcony and a small terrace with a view of the river and a charming Portuguese neighbourhood.

The apartment has internet access, TV, air conditioning in the common areas and in the bedroom on the upper floor (hot and cold), central heating, towels, sheets, amenities, a hair dryer and an iron.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a washing/drying machine, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Professional and sanitised cleaning with certified products, following the latest international hygiene guidelines.

The apartment is located next to one of the stops of the famous tram 28, a bus stop, and the metro. In the surrounding area there are various types of shops, such as restaurants, cafes, florists, convenience stores and local markets.

This apartment was just as described! It's beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for our family of 5. The rooftop is gorgeous and has amazing views of the city.The location was great for us. We could walk to the market and there are restaurants all around. It's also an easy and affordable Uber ride to go anywhere in the city.There is an elevator in the building but it only holds one maybe 2 persons max so be prepared to walk up quite a few sets of stairs. We didn't mind it but it may be something to consider if you have mobility issues.Luis and his team were very helpful and communicative. They arranged a Tuk Tuk tour for us and a trip to Fatima. Both were awesome and our guides were great.Lisbon is a vibrant city and we can't wait to visit again. I highly recommend this property. We will be back!

We went for a family reunion, gathering kids and grandkids from four cities in Germany and the U.S. This apartment (and this city!) was just the right place to do so. The kitchen was well equipped, even with a welcome wine and welcome coffee cups which were very appreciated upon arrival. These small things count. Everything was found as advertized on the website, but the hosts went above and beyond by greeting us before the formal check-in time and letting us deposit our luggage. A great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment for 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids). There were local restaurants nearby and easily accessible to rest of the city by walking or nearby metro station

This place was amazing. We met Luis when we arrived. It was on the 5th floor so the elevator was perfect. There was enough space for all 6 of us and we loved the kitchen space. We tried to use the rooftop area but the furniture could use an upgrade. The view was still beautiful! There were amazing restaurants near by and a grocery store. We would absolutely stay here again!

Prima locatie op rustige plek. Wel naar 5e verdieping. Erg schoon en ruim. Lekkere bedden. Klein buitenterras. Alles op loopafstand en anders dicht genoeg bij metrolijn Lekkere locale eettentjes in de buurt. Winkeltje vlak bij. Via verhuurder veel informatie gekregen. Erg behulpzaam. Simpel zelf inchecken. Onze tassen konden wat langer blijven staan. Kortom! Een aanrader! Dank Luìs!

This property was perfection! 5 of us enjoyed Martins apartment located close to everything without having to deal with loud street noise or crowds. Martin and his team are helpful and attentive, giving us great access to dining ideas, tour guides and site seeing . The apartment is modern, has all the amenities you could need, comfortable beds and lovely setting. Dining near by is wonderful too. Can’t think of one criticism. It’s just as promised!

It was a very clean and well-appointed unit. The owner, Martin, met us with flowers when we came in and also was available to say goodbye. The location was great for site seeing and we used the train, the tram ,cabs and Uber— all easy to do from the apartment. Very comfortable arrangement for 6 adults who like to travel but aren’t as young as they used to be! The neighborhood was full of cafes, restaurants, and small delicacy shops. All in all a wonderful experience.

What a great place for our group while in Lisbon. About 10-15 minutes to all major attractions, along with great nearby restaurants and cafes. The upstairs terrace offered wonderful views to the city during the day and night. The unit was wonderful and so nicely decorated. The dining area in back offered a great place to share food, wine and stories. Best of all were the local pastries and bottle of wine upon our arrival to enjoy! 10 out of 10!

My family had a wonderful stay in Lisbon thanks to this beautiful apartment! It was quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed. We loved taking Tram 28E and also the subway, both were a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go in the city, from the Oceanarium to Chiado.

The property was very large and we had more than enough space. The owner was very nice and helpful with helping us get situated, which we really appreciated after flying in. The bathroom floor upstairs was filthy, but I think that may have been a cleaners oversight. The beds could certainly be more comfortable, but also; quite common for Europe. Overall, we enjoyed the property!

A nice property that comfortably accommodated 7 adults. The apartment was clean and had all needed amenities, including coffee maker, wi-fi, and washer and dryer. Note that the unit is on the 5th floor (6th by American count) and the master suite is another internal flight up. On our visit the elevator was broken, but even with an elevator, this is not a unit for mobility limited. Neighborhood (Anjos) has cafes, small grocery stores, but you have to walk/Uber/or take public transport to sights and better restaurant selection. Saint George Castle Is a nice walk to Alfama neighborhood. Metro line is only a few blocks away. Convenient to the airport. A Syn Labs facility is nearby for Covid tests to return to US (20 euros), but make a reservation on line early - they book up and are not accommodating for walk-ins.

This was a wonderful stay from beginning to end. Martin's apartment was more than we could have asked for. Everything was as described and just perfect for our eight-member family. Just to add this is a safe and interesting area and very convenient for getting around. We would recommend this apartment to any large group looking for a place to stay in Lisbon, one of the great cities of Europe.
