  • Welcome to a typical Lisbon neighborhood, where you will find the 28 tram right at the door, which will take you everywhere.

    It is a modern apartment with one bedroom, a light-filled living room, a very relaxing environment, and a lovely balcony. In this typical Lisbon neighborhood, you will find everything you need right at your doorstep.



    Cable TV and WiFi Internet are included without extra costs. All bed and bath linens are equally included.



    Guests must pick up their keys at our BmyGuest Welcome Center, located at Av. da República, 45 - 6th Floor - Office 3.





    Notes:

    1. All check-ins after 10 PM will have an additional cost of 30€.

Excellent accueil. Appartement fidèle aux photos et à la description. très bon confort et équipements. Emplacement très pratique, metro, commerce et restos à proximité. Le balcon est un plus! je recommande ce logement. .

Perfecta estancia, el apartamento es muy acogedor y el encargado estuvo siempre disponible para lo que hiciera falta! Incluso mi novia necesito hacer un late check out y lo pudimos hacer sin tener que pagar dinero extra! Un 10 para ellos, sin duda repetiría sin pensar!

L'appartamento è nel complesso buono confrontandolo con strutture al medesimo prezzo. Va sottolineata la mancanza di un ascensore che può risultare un problema visto che stiamo aprlando di un quinto piano ( 80 scalini non proprio comodi da salire).La zona purtroppo è molto trafficata e rumorosa che si protrae fino a tarda notte ( dalle 3 am tutto diventa tranquillo).Resta comunque molto comoda ai mezzi pubblici: passa praticamente davanti il Tram 28 e poco lontano anche la metro.

We felt welcomed the minute we decided on Pedro's apartment. He and his team communicated every step of the way and when checking in provided great information on where to go within the city. The apartment was beautiful and was centrally located, so getting around Lisbon was a breeze.

A wonderful stay, great value.

Comfortable, clean apartment, just like the pictures. Easy check in,friendly helpful host. Easy walking distance to the downtown. Quiet at night.I would definitely recommend this apartment. Great little Nepalese restaurant across the street and a small market.” It is a long climb to the 5th floor! It would be a problem for some that might have trouble with stairs, but worth the effort.

Ne vous fiez pas à votre première impression en arrivant dans le quartier qui semble à l'abandon situé en face de l'arrêt Angelina Vidal du célèbre tramway 28E, non loin d'un supérette place Graça, à 10min à pied de l'arrêt de métro Intendente, la jolie façade bleue cache un bel appartement sécurisé décoré avec goût. Les équipements sont en très bon état et notre hôte s'est tenu à notre disposition pour nos quelques requêtes pendant notre séjour.”

Perfect Apartment for a few days in Lisbon

This apartment was located around the corner from the Tram that can get you to all the sites. The apartment itself contains all you need for a stay. The bed was very comfortable, the couch not so much. Word of caution, if you have a mobility issues, this apartment is not for you as you have to climb 80 stairs to get to it. We looked at it as our very own Stair Master! Can be a bit noisy at night with traffic/trams and sirens. But don't let that deter you. We enjoyed our stay here.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit vielen Treppen….

Sehr schöne, moderne eingerichtete Wohnung. Zentral gelegen, berühmte Tram von Lissabon genau vor Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 5. Etage und hat 81 Stufen, also nix für Gehbehinderte. Die Wohnung ist durch die Tram und andere fahrende Autos sehr laut, also wenn man sehr Geräuschempfindlich ist, dann ist die Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen. Was nur leider schade war, weil die Wohnung optisch sehr schön aussieht, dass die Einrichtung, wie Duschkopfhalterung kaputt war, Heizung im Bad von der Wand abgebrochen war und der Stuhl im Wohnzimmer sehr instabil war. Uns hat es in allem trotzdem sehr gefallen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett.

The property itself was nice, however; the location was a bit out of the way and far from many of the activities and locations we were interested in visiting. The check-in process was very difficult. We did not know until the day before that we would have to go to a separate location to pick/up the keys for the property. The location was a 15 minute drive from the actual property and because we were not able to go until late in the day due to the fact that the keys were not available until after 4pm, we ended up missing our boat for we had scheduled and lost 100 euros.overall, we stayed at 3 properties in Portugal and this was certainly the most difficult time experience.

Idéal pour un court séjour

L'appartement est très bien situé avec des transports en commun dans la rue. La ligne 734 est desservie tous les jours sauf le week end et la ligne 28 E tous les jours.L'appartement est fonctionnel et peut convenir pour 4 personnes mais pour une durée assez courte car le canapé lit n'est pas confortable ( barre en plein milieu du couchage et donc au niveau du dos). Dans l'annonce il n'est pas précisé le bon étage : on aurait aimé savoir qu'il y avait 82 marches conduisant au dernier étage : et donc loin d'être accessible aisément pour tous... Le logement a le corolaire à son bon emplacement : situé dans une rue bruyante qui vit. Du coup il a fallu faire un choix entre essayer de dormir avec du bruit ou avec les fenêtres fermées et donc dans une chaleur difficile. A noter la présence de cafards la nuit dans la salle de bains qui sortent du dessous du bac de douche.Ne relève pas d'un problèeme de propreté car l'appartement était très propre et on ne les a vus que la nuit et à ce niveau là. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas avoir les clés directement à l'appartement...

Nice Stay

The apartment was nice and clean. The description on VRBO should include there are 80 steps up to the 5th floor and no elevator. The location was good to walk to Rossio Square,Afalma, Time Out Market and other areas in historic Lisbon although the walks can be 20-30 minutes. We love to walk so this was not an issue. There is a Lidl grocery store a block away and a Pingo Doce grocery & cafes maybe 3 blocks away. The check in process was a bit confusing as the check in location is 15 minutes by car from the apartment. A key box on the apartment would be very helpful. This is what similar VRBO’s we stayed in Portugal had. The person who checked us in was nice and helpful though. A couple things - we had to purchase paper towels as there was no kitchen towel. We used the bathroom hand towel for a bath mat because the floors were slick and there was no bath mat and we purchased toilet paper as there were only 2 small rolls for 4 nights and 5 days.These may be minor housekeeping issues though. It can be noisy (car and sirens) up until about midnight but if you close the bedroom windows it will eliminate a decent amount of the noise. Overall the apartment was clean and comfortable and we are fit enough to go up and down the 5 flights of stairs.

Kleine Unterkunft in Lissabon

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles notwendige zum Kochen vorhanden. Man läuft ca 15-20 min bis ins Zentrum der Stadt. Neben der Wohnung ist eine Bushaltestelle und eine Haltestelle für die berühmte Tram in Lissabon. Allerdings ist die Tram sehr laut auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern. Empfindlichen Leuten die nicht bei lauten Geräuschen schlafen können ist diese Wohnung NICHT zu empfehlen. Jedoch alles in allem eine guter Platz zum verbleiben.
