Welcome to Woodland Point! This amazing home with a private pool at the 29MM in Linn Creek has some of the best views of the lake!!!
Our beautiful 5 bedroom home is perfectly situated by land or boat at the 29 MM at Lake of the Ozarks. With 5,500 sq ft, this home comfortably sleeps 26+ people and has a heated($50/day)outdoor pool, pool table (with ping pong top), and a 60-in-1 arcade, Golden Tee, Big Buck hunter, etc. The home also has a private two-well dock with a swim platform. By car, it is 10 minutes from Osage Beach restaurants, bars, and shopping. By water it’s near popular water establishments such as Paradise Restaurant, Fish & Co, Larry’s on the Lake, Papa Chubby’s, MargaritaVille, Redhead Yacht Club and Captain Ron’s.
When you enter our beautiful home, you enter into the top (main level). There is a spacious beautiful kitchen perfect for cooking for large groups, a large comfortable living room, a balcony with fabulous views, a powder room, and a massive master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and laundry room. The lower level features 4 additional large bedrooms, a powder room, 3 full bathrooms, another living room, a game room, an additional full kitchen, another laundry room, and a screened in porch.
The bedrooms sleep the following configurations:
Master Bdrm - King bed & en-suite bathroom
Bedroom #2 - King bed & en-suite bathroom
Bedroom #3 - King bed & en-suite bathroom
Bedroom #4 - (2) Queen over Queen Bunk beds & en-suite bathroom

The outdoor space has something for everyone! There is a private pool with pool loungers overlooking the lake. Also for your personal use is a large 2 well dock with swim for storing your boat or PWCs, or for swimming or fishing.
Our home comes fully furnished with kitchen utensils, dishes, appliances, TV’s, Wi-Fi, linens, and bath towels. An intitial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry soap are also provided for your convenience.

Amazing home for vactioning
Anthony is a great host. The house keepers do a very good job in making sure the property is clean and ready. The neighbor lady is really cool. Its a safe quite place to be. You will be amazed as i have stayed here twice now and havent had any problems.

Ideal vacation house
Very very nice place to host a family/friends get-away! Host is extremely responsive and works hard to address any questions/issues.
There are so many positive qualities of this property. It is as advertised. Very well stocked kitchen ready to prepare any size meal. Loved the multiple refrigerators, washers and dryers, dish washers and ovens. View/large windows are spectacular! Awesome private pool, hot tub and nice having kayaks available to use as well.
So much to do in the house even if weather is bad. Multiple games in the house for all ages and interests!
Just a great place to book your next vacation!

One of the best vactions i had this year
The house was amazing. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. I recomend paying for the heating of the pool if it chilli outside. Anthony is the best host ive had out of all the vrbo's i been too. He is quick to respond and is there to help you out with any issues. I have stayed at all his properties everyone of them is amazing with plenty of games and activities to do at the home.

Better than advertised.
This house has more amenities than you ever thought you needed. If there are 5 or less of you, you can have your own bedroom and private bathroom. Driveway is a little precarious, but only took one try to navigate it later. Bedding and romes are top notch. Sound system, once I figured it out was phenominal. Outdoor furniture is crazy amazing.
One wish, that the hot tub was accessible to more than the master suite.

Didn’t disappoint
Beautiful home and plenty to keep everyone entertained. Heated pool was a big hit with the kids. Fishing was great right off the pier. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for everyone. Need more seating at the dining room table but other than that it was an amazing experience for my family.

You won’t want to leave!
I can never get sick of the view on this property!
The wow factor was through the roof when we walked into this home. The house is spectacular and spacious with all the amenities you could want! All the beds, not just the master were so comfortable! I actually looked at the mattress pad so I can try to find one for home. Something for everyone you truly never need to leave! We loved all the games especially Golden Tee, Big game hunter and ping pong! Fishing was great! Bring your fishing poles. Everyone caught a fish right off the dock. We enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub each night. Kitchen has everything you need! The ice machine was a wonderful plus. Location is perfect. Feels like you are tucked away on a private island but very convenient to all the fun around Osage beach! Great communication with easy check in and check out instructions. Would love to stay at this property again!
