- 4 Full Bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom (2 Fulls downstairs, 2 Upstairs)

The two single beds listed in the Office space, are thic premium memory foam mattress beds. Enjoy our high end bedding, and mattresses. Vacation shouldn't mean a loss of beauty sleep!

You will enter the home via a smart lock - code is provided to you via email and within your booking app 24-48 hours prior to check-in. You will also get a personalized message from me with all check-in information 24 hours prior to your stay with us! As us about early check-in and if it's available for your stay! Early Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and is $95

The Neighborhood:
Pristine location tucked into the base of Mount Timpanogos, one of Utah's tallest mountains. Down the road, nearly in your backyard, you will find the LDS Lindon, Utah Temple, along with amazing scenic walking trails to take in nature, biking is also encouraged and allowed on the trails! Central to all you will need from shopping centers, to the freeway, to BYU, you will be very happy with the location. Have questions about a specific address? Other Things to Note:
- Laundry is free, and there are in-house machines to use with pods provided
- Any smoking or vaping on the property will immediately be met with a $450 fine. This includes the backyard/front yard. We are a smoke-free property.
- We allow 1 pet per stay and our pet fee is $150. Unregistered pets brought onto the property without informing the host will be required to pay the pet fee + and damages.
- A fully refundable $100 deposit is taken before each stay, upon check-out, and our inspection of the home, it will be returned, pending that there are no damages to the home.
