"The only major issue was not have enough vital essentials such as towels. It was one towel for each guest not considering towel for sauna etc also we was provided with one partial roll of paper towels"

"I was very upset during my stay started at booking in my reservation was pre booked in advance and got there and they couldn't find anything on my reservation took awhile then my first room had no linen or curtains moved to different room where the bath tube was plugged up with green slimming stuff. ..."
