This extravagant apartment is perfect for holidaymakers looking for exceptional accommodation.

The 100sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor, in the pedestrian area of ​​the charming old town of Lindau Island and is easily reached by a lift.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with modern equipment and a bathroom with shower and WC. The object is equipped for 4-5 persons (5. Person on the pullout sleeper chair in the living room). The luxurious ambience offers an open kitchen with all comforts and then, high-quality equipped dining area with satellite TV / DVD player and free Wi-Fi.

Due to its special location in a side street of the pedestrian zone, you can reach bakeries, butchers as well as cafes, restaurants and also a supermarket in just a few steps. The harbor is just under 300m, to the nearest bathing place no 500m.

For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Dogs allowed on request (fee 75 Euro). Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. Tolles, großes Stadt-Loft, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen

Das tolle, große Stadt-Loft lässt keine Wünsche offen, denn alle Angaben und Fotos entsprechen genau der Beschreibung. Zentraler und trotzdem ruhiger kann die Lage nicht sein. Alles (Verpflegung, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Einzelhandel, Bahnhof, Schiff usw.) ist fußläufig erreichbar. Daher von uns absolut zu empfehlen für 4 Personen. Allerdings gibt es kein Privatparkplatz und das zentrale Parken auf der Insel ist somit relativ teuer. Günstigere Parkmöglichkeiten findend man aber ausserhalb von Lindau-Insel und falls man die Strecke(n) nicht zu Fuß (zurück) laufen möchte, ist es aber aufgrund der Bahnverbindung zu/von der Insel kein großes Problem.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Sehe geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einige Kleinigkeiten haben gefehlt, wie z. B. eine Ablagemöglichkeit in der Dusche, einer Butterdose, etwas mehr Geschirr/Gläser.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Direkt im Zentrum. Sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Mit dem Auto kann man fast direkt an das Haus fahren, um aus- und einzuladen. Der Parplatz ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location

The apartment is perfectly located right in the centre of Linau and just a few steps from shops, restaurants and bars. The lake itself is a 2 minute walk away. The apartment it light, bright and beautifully furnished and is ideal for two couples or 2 friends who need separate rooms. The beds were very comfortable, large and there is plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was also very nice. The kitchen is small but has everything you may need even though the local restaurants are very good. Although on a high floor access is easy as there is a lift. The communication from the owner was good throughout and everything was handled very efficiently. I highly recommend this apartment.

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage

Die stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung liegt direkt in der Fussgängerzone und hat einen tollen Ausblick bis in die Alpen. Ein- und Auschecken hat problemlos funktioniert, unsere Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir können Wohnung und Vermieter nur weiter empfehlen!

Traumwohnung auf hohem Niveau

Die Austattung der Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich geschmackvoll und edel. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, wir werden wiederkommen. Empfehlen können wir ein kleines Lokal " Augustin " das kleine Gerichte zu fairen Preisen und Bücher anbietet. Etwas ganz besonderes. Es liegt in der gleichen Strasse wie das Lindauer Theater, ein paar Häuser weiter ( Fischergasse )
