This renovated and high-quality furnished apartment is about 100 square meters, with a ceiling height of 3 meters, offering you a luxurious ambience in a new lifestyle. The apartment is equipped with oiled oak parquet and is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by lift.
 
2 bedrooms each with 2 large boxspring double beds offer maximum, comfortable sleeping comfort. The object is equipped for 4 persons. The marble-embellished bathroom has a spacious shower and a large sink. The high-quality, top-equipped open kitchen in the living-dining area leaves nothing to be desired.

The dining area has a large dining table for up to 4-6 people. In the spacious living area an elegant, high-quality facility invites you to linger.

Due to its prime location in the pedestrian area, you can walk to all kinds of shops such as the bakery, butcher, grocery stores. Also you reach in 200m the harbor, where cozy cafes and restaurants invite you to linger.

For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Dogs allowed on request (fee 75 Euro). Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.


With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.

Besser geht kaum

Eine wunderbare und sehr geräumige Wohnung mit allem Komfort mitten auf der Insel Lindau. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Duschbad geräumig mit einer Waschmaschine. Angenehm ist das separate WC. Wir waren zu zweit, aber auch für zwei Paare ist Platz genug. Zwei behagliche Schlafzimmer gleicher Ausstattung mit bequemen großen Betten und geräumigen Einbaukleiderschränken. Wir waren begeistert.

Geräumige und geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Der Besitzer hat bei der Einrichtung und Gestaltung der Wohnung sehr viel Geschmack bewiesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlt in der Ferienwohnung wirklich nichts. Die Lage ist ideal - mitten in der Fußgängerzone auf der Insel Lindau. Ein bißchen schade ist es, dass es zu der Wohnung keinen nahe gelegenen Parkplatz gibt (ist auf der Insel aber auch wirklich schwierig). Dadurch, dass der Inselparkplatz geschlossen wurde, muß man etwas außerhalb auf dem Parkplatz P1 mit Shuttle-Service parken. Das funktioniert sehr gut, ist nur etwas lästig, wenn man öfter mit dem Auto Unternehmungen macht. Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung im Puls von Lindau-Insel. Alles in direkter Nähe. Einziges Manko waren die Familien in der Ferienwohnung oberhalb, deren Kinder die Wohnung als Spielwiese benutzten...es polterte gewaltigt.

Beautiful Apartment

This apartment has been renovated to a very high standard. Everything works well, it is modern and it has everything you would need for a holiday apartment. It is well located in the very beautiful Lindau. It is on the main pedestrian street and there are many restaurants and cafes within a short distance. The agents managing the apartment met us even though we were quite late in arriving and went to a lot of trouble with the handover. The owner lives in the building and is a delightful lady and very helpful. The main railway station is only a short distance away and you could easily travel there by train with your (reasonable) luggage. Parking is the only issue. If you have difficulty with stairs, the parking station will be a problem. It is about 600m away and you must cross the railway. Overall I would strongly recommend this apartment.

Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, jedes Detail passte zusammen. Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Ich konnte alles schnell erreichen, alles perfekt.

THE KIND OF FLAT I'D LOVE TO CALL HOME

One of the most beautiful and well equipped flats I have ever stayed in - and we have been taking self-catering holidays all round the world for years. Hugely spacious, very comfortable and within walking distance of the railway station in delightful Lindau. With a bakery and supermarket nearby and a butcher's next door, shopping was easy. Overlooking a pedestrianised street, the flat was quiet although in the centre of town. There was a lift and a washing machine and drying rack. Equipment was generous and of good quality. Lindau is a pleasure to explore and offers glorious views of the Bodensee. Nearby towns and sights are easily reached by train or boat. What a joy!

Sehr schöne grosse zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in geringer Entfernung zum Bahnhof und liegt zentral in der Einkaufsstrasse in Lindau. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Neben einer vollständig eingerichteten Küche fehlt es auch sonst an nichts. Das WLAN funktioniert auch sehr gut. Wenige Meter entfernt besteht die Möglichkeit im Rewe Markt einzukaufen. Aus meiner Sicht keinerlei Kritikpunkte.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles was man im Urlaub benötigt, ist vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer liegen zur hinteren Straße/Hof und sind sehr ruhig. Die Lage selbst ist einfach Klasse. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Schöne Wohnung- tolle Lage !!!

Preis/Leistung o.k. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Lage der Wohnung ganz toll mitten in der Stadt gelegen. Alles einfach und schnell erreichbar. Negativ: Die Waschmaschine ist in der Ausstattung aufgeführt, darf aber nicht von Gästen genutzt werden. Die funktioniert daher nicht. Wir waren mit Kind unterwegs und hatten die Waschmaschine eingeplant. Geschirrspüler hat auch nicht funktioniert. Bei Selbstverpflegung als Familie sehr anstregend alles mit der Hand zu spülen. Zwei Punkte, diese Wohnung als Familie für uns nicht mehr zu buchen. Ansonsten nettes Auftreten. Wer für seinen Aufenthalt in Lindau keine Waschmaschine oder Spülmaschine (vllt. mittlerweile repariert?) braucht, sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

Séjour parfait!

Sehr gute Ausstattung der FW in zentraler Lage der Insel Lindau

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die zentrale Lage - direkt in der Fußgängerzone - sorgt für kurze Wege zu den Geschäften und Restaurants. Selbst der Hafen liegt in unmittel- barer Nähe. Das sehr gute Gesamtbild und die hervorragende Gestaltung und Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung könnte noch durch eine Kleinigkeit abgerundet werden. Familie Ritter sollte die FW mit einen Eierkocher und Eierlöffeln ausstatten. Außerdem wäre es schön, wenn man die Grundausstattung an Bestecken, Kaffeegeschirr und Handtüchern erweitern würde. Die Wohnung ist mit einem Fahrstuhl erreichbar und somit auch für ältere Interessenten geeignet. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit Boxspringbetten ausgestattet. Vier Personen haben ausreichend Platz für einen schönen Urlaub. Die sehr zentrale Lage der Wohnung bringt aber auch einen Nachteil mit sich. Die Insel ist so eng bebaut, dass ein zentraler Parkplatz - hinter dem Bahnhof - nur zur Verfügung steht. Der Fußweg beträgt ca. 5 Minuten. Wir mäkeln hier auf ganz hoher Ebene und möchten nur die letzten 2 Prozent herauskitzen, die noch an den 100 Prozent fehlen. Die Ferienwohnung der Familie Ritter ist nur zu empfehlen. Es war die beste Wohnung die wir bisher gefunden haben. Da wir selbst früher eine 5-Sterne-Wohnung vermietet haben, dürfen Sie auf diese Bewertung Stolz sein.

Eine Traumwohnung!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Traum! Sauber, wunderschön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Und mit der Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone einfach perfekt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen. Wir haben die Wohnung auch schon weiterempfohlen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser bis ins kleinste Detail sehr geschmackvoll und edel eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Schlafzimmer sind zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet und somit sehr ruhig und bieten mit den tollen Boxspringbetten einen erholsamen Schlaf. Der Parkplatz ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, zum ausladen kann man auch kurzfristig am Hintereingang parken. Betreuung und Kontakt vor Ort war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Lindau kommen, dann auf jedenfall wieder in diese Wohnung!!! Demnächst eröffnet in der Nähe ein neuer Supermarkt, was die Versorgung auf der Insel noch deutlich verbessert.

Tolle Wohnung an super Lage! Jeder Zeit wieder gerne :-)

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und cool eingerichtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, mitten in der Altstadt. Trotzdem ist sie sehr ruhig gelegen, die beiden Schlafzimmer sind gegen den Innenhof. Die Küche verfügt über alle möglichen Hilfsmittel (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspühlmaschine, etc.). Das Badezimmer ist sehr gross und es befindet sich dort ebenfalls eine Waschmaschine. Im Preis inbegriffen ist auch die Bettwäsche, Frottierwäsche und die Endreinigung. Die Familie Ritter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die An- und Abreise verlief sehr unkompliziert.

Juwel in Lindau

Sehr schöne und optisch äusserst ansprechende Wohnung, ein Genuss fürs Auge. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Hochwertige Einrichtung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht es, ohne Probleme Restaurants, Hafen, etc. zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden sehr gern wiederkommen. Der Parkplatz ist etwas entfernt vom Haus, aber durch die exzellente Lage in Lindau benötigt man kein Auto. Ausserdem fährt der Stadtbus.

Schöner Wohnen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt hervorragend zentral, in mitten der Fußgängerzone, nur gut 100 m vom wunderschönen Hafen Lindau entfernt. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist optisch ein Traum. Wer sich hier einbucht ist trotz der zentralen Lage in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Tagsüber ist bei guten Wetter natürlich leben in der Stadt, aber in der Nacht ist alles ruhig. So will man es als Urlauber gerne. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder hier her !
