Aspectos positivos: Limpieza
The caravan itself was perfect for its price. Decently hygienic and basic utilities. However, the hot tub after one use wasn’t maintained by staff, it wasn’t treated and therefore started to look murky and smelt unusual. The host wasn’t very easy to contact, was left in the dark about utilities until the day before and didn’t respond for 2 weeks using Expedia app nor didn’t answer when messaged about hot tub condition and wasn’t told how to use the heating. But overall, the property is great for its value but there was little to no communication with host

Absolutley horrendous! Should be removed form the Hotels.com. Both Hotels.com and the owner have offered no explanation. Please see email i sent below to property owner, no response. Hi, my name is **** *******, we recently made a booking and stayed at your caravan at Tattershall Lakes. I wanted to send this email rather than writing a scathing review as appreciate some of the items may be out of your direct control. After the little bit of confusion checking in we got to the caravan on the 12th of August. When I opened up I have to say the smell was not the most pleasant. It smelt very much like urine in the carpet! Over the next three days we continued to find more and more things that were quite frankly disgusting. Please see images attached. Whilst I understand that properties are used and become tired, the pictures online are far away from what we were greeted with. Below are the main issues of concern: Mouldy food was found in the microwave from the guest previous. Rusty towel rail in the bathroom. Smell of urine. Bites that appeared on the trip. Lights not working or hanging out of the ceiling. General tidiness was well below an acceptable standard. Unable to connect to wifi. Broken fixtures and fittings. Had it not been for the fact of upsetting my son, I would of left accommodation immediately. Can you please offer some form of explanation?
