This one-bedroom, one-bath condo at the Lodge at Lincoln Station is waiting for you to enjoy. Take the stairs or elevator to this 2nd-floor unit in the east wing of the building. On entering, find the full bath to your right and the bright and spacious living area straight ahead. A few steps in will bring you to the kitchen against the right wall and a comfortably-sized table where four can eat or play. Beyond are the TV and cabinet, and across from them is the sleep sofa. Between is the new slider leading to the deck with nice mountain views all year and filtered pool views in summer. A built-in air conditioner keeps the condo nice and cool. Looking back, find the bedroom with a queen bed off the living area, another TV, and a spacious closet. The bedroom does NOT have a door, only a curtain.

The Lodge at Lincoln Station offers many amenities, including game rooms, coin laundry, pool and hot tub, billiard table, and a small gym, all located on the lowest level. The entry level hosts an inviting lobby area, off of which is a large sun deck for enjoying the Pemigewasset River sights and sounds and stairs leading down to the river. The outdoor pool, grilling area, and picnic tables are on the other side.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season (typically mid-December to late March). Ask us for details.
Pools, laundry, and games may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has built-in air conditioning in the living room.
