You won't be disappointed!

Gorgeous Luxury, newly-renovated 4-season townhouse condominium in the Forest Ridge area in Lincoln, New Hampshire.

This completely furnished 3-story townhouse has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, sleeps 10-12 comfortably. Washer/dryer included, High speed internet, and cable.

Spacious kitchen includes dining room table which seats 8. Kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities. Spacious furnished living room area includes fireplace and outdoor patio with grill.

The basement includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a similar living area, with a TV, several couches, a coffee table, and a sofa/bed.

Entire house is equipped with heating/AC, WiFi, smart 55" TV in living room with
a total of 3 televisions in the house, cable. All towels and sheets are included.

Includes indoor garage and mudroom , for outdoor gear, which provides a separate entrance to the condo.

Condo is located 1 mile from Loon Mountain Resort, includes a wide variety of programs for all ages including excellent ski and snowboarding, zip lining, an aerial adventure park, rock climbing, ice skating, snow tubing, snow shoeing and much more. Free shuttle to and from the mountain,

The condo also includes a membership to the Forest Ridge Sports Center, walking distance away , includes an indoor/outdoor pool, gym, several tennis and basketball courts, and a game room. Forest Ridge has its own "mini-mountain" with skiing for a nominal fee and extended hours of operation for residents. The townhouse is also 1 mile away from the heart of Lincoln, with different types of restaurants several different types of stores a movie theater, and a mini-golf course.

Lincoln is also home to one of the worlds greatest novelties: the ice castle. Lincoln hosts 1 of only 4 in North America, and the only ice castle on the east coast! The castle is open throughout the winter and is open for tourism. It is less than 2 miles away from the condo, and is less than 10 minutes away by car!

My family and I had a fabulous stay in Loon, visiting the NH Highland Games. The condo was much more spacious than the pictures do it justice. We had everything we needed and the home was extremely clean. Lots of parking! Super easy check-in with instructions. Thank you Sonal!

Highland Games overnight

I organized a family reunion for the Highland Games at Loon Mountain. This proved to be a great place for us all to spend the night. My 8 year old loved sleeping on the top bunk for the first time. My major impression on walking in was “clean”. It just felt and smelled very clean. We all had a wonderful meal at Gordi’s just a few minutes away.

Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home. We truly had a wonderful experience. We especially enjoyed the open kitchen and how well-stocked it was. Great stay! Excellent location

We had a great stay. Sonal is an excellent host. Great communication from booking and throughout the stay. Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and spacious. Great location under 5 minutes from the front door to the mountain and close to all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend and look to stay again in the future.

Fantastic Trip!

Our families have been getting together for almost 30 years to spend Christmas vacation with each other. This condo was the perfect fit for our families. Too bad the weather wouldn’t cooperate but we enjoyed ourselves anyway.

Heavy kitchen table had two loose legs could have had a bad accident if my husband hadn’t fixed it. No cabinet space for groceries and lots of food left in the fridge. The house was big and spacious. We had a great family time together.

Good clean rental

We had a good stay, and it was as described. Location is great, and host was responsive and was accommodating to late check out. The place was clean and well stocked with towels and sheets, though we definitely needed more blankets. Every regular bed had a comforter, but we were utilizing the extra pull out couches and definitely did not have enough. I ended up going to family dollar to buy a few blankets just so people would have something more than a sheet. I think it is always helpful to have a few extra blankets/quilts on hand. You never know when a kid will get sick in the middle of the night or need to change the bedding or something. Also we couldn’t find a hairdryer, which wasn’t an emergency but nice to have. Overall a good place to stay but wish I had been more prepared for stuff that I kind of thought would be standard.

Excellent stay

We enjoyed our stay here. There is SO much room to spread out, and the home is much nicer than the photos depict! The host was easy to communicate with. We ran into the cleaning crew on the way out who were lovely as well and so helpful with what to do on the way out. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property, cleaning fee is high for asking us to do sheets and stuff. Also we got there the water wasn’t turned on neither way the heat like was supposed to be. They did give us instructions to turn on if needed.

Beautiful, Spacious Property

The property was perfect for our group. Plenty of space, nice bedrooms and clean. It’s also right down the street from a winery, some breweries and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
