Great selection available for the continental breakfast and all presented nicely. Great comeunication from the host prior to arrival and the whole experience was very welcoming."

"Beautiful surroundings with an outside terrace overlooking a small lake, quiet. Staff very courteous and helpful. Grounds could do with a bit of tidying, cigarette stubs everywhere. Sink in bathroom problematic for shorter people, needed to stretch over the counter to use it, tap also very stiff to use and leaking. Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again."

"Excellent 2 night stay in Superior Room overlooking the fields. Massive room with air con, all facilities & amenities 10/10 - restaurant & breakfast top notch, patio area was great in the warm weather. By far the best hotel stay in the area, we’ve tried them all !"

"We stayed at this hotel in order to visit the National Museum which is nearby. It is also close to Queen Street station. We enjoyed the overall ambience of the hotel and particularly liked the restaurant and the roof top bar. The staff of the restaurant/bar provided excellent service at dinner and breakfast. The range of choices available for breakfast was excellent. Our stay coincided with the heatwave but the room was air conditioned and cool."

"The staff were lovely, the hotel you could tell was once beautiful in its hay day but although it's had a clean paint job it was in need of some tlc. Our room was big and clean but bizarrely the plugs in the main room didn't work if you turned the light off?? We did not mension this to the staff as it was late when we found out and other than not being able to charge our phone it wasn't really a problem. "Room was overpriced for a concert, £400 per night when £220 normally. I’d expect an uplift but not this much. Room was worn, fan and windows dusty and unclean. Other room had no hot water in shower so unable to use. Noisy and limited sleep although bed comfortable No bar as closed. WiFi non existent and no 5G signal so if you want a quiet night and no shower then ideal place. Breakfast mediocre"
