"No es un cinco estrellas real. Tuve problemas con la cerradura, la puerta no cerraba. Me pasó el primer día de los 5 que iba a estar. No consiguieron arreglarlo, todos los días volvía a no cerrar y tenía que volver a pedir que lo arreglaran. Sonaba un zumbido de algún motor en la habitación. Además me cobraron dos veces la estancia por error, tardaron más de dos meses en devolverme el segundo pago, y la primera mañana me dijeron que no tenía el desayuno incluido cuando me habían dicho que sí....

"Cuando llegué al apartamento el recepcionista ( Richard) que me hizo el check-in me atendió muy amablemente con toda la información necesaria para que mi estancia fuera lo más confortable posible . Me acompañó al apartamento y me enseñó todas la estancias. Fabuloso el apartamento , para una persona sola es un lujo , incluso para dos personas . Encontré todo muy limpio, el equipamiento de la cocina completo , horno , lavavajillas , microondas, tostadora , kettle. Estuve muy a gusto y se duerme...

"Great staff, excellent location and room very good. I had a very early start to get home so didn't enjoy a sleep in bed, but it would've been more than perfect for a lazy morning. Had a pint with some Cardiff City locals before closing time in the pub downstairs who were great company (plus 2 Gooners!). In the meantime, up the Chelsea :-)"

"The Beach Hotel is a social enterprise run by the YMCA as an apprenticeship scheme. In light of this we had quite modest expectations for our stay. But these were misplaced - the hotel is spotlessly clean, and run by professional, welcoming staff. The occasion was a large family reunion, and the restaurant served us all with a good simple dinner in an efficient and timely way. Service was excellent. The location opposite the beach is delightful and quite quiet - and very convenient for the West...

"Lovely comfortable stay with excellent facilities inc full use of a kitchen. Very friendly and accommodating host. Great location near park/ river/ castle. Parking busy but not difficult. Will return if in area."
