"Loved the room. Quirky and cool. Breakfast was lovely. Only note is to be sure the location works for you. We found it to be a little out of the way and wished we had stayed a little closer to some of the activities we had planned, but that was our bad not the property’s!"

"The hotel was well located in the Old Town of Lyon and out the door in any direction was somewhere to eat, drink or shop — maybe all three at once. The room was a very nice size and the value was excellent!"

"The bedroom is small but well appointed. I loved the form mattress and got a good night’s sleep. The ambiance is tranquil and the reception smelled great. Best of all was Kareem whose welcome and help made the stay so pleasant. When we found that our room was just beneath the rooftop bar and subject to late night noise, Kareem immediately changed our room with no fuss. We never made it to the rooftop bar and the many bad reviews it gets made it no big deal. I bet the hotel would get way better...

"Eines der wenigen Hotels die ich auch einer Zwischenreise immer wieder nehmen würde. So ein freundliches Personal (egal ob am Empfang oder im Restaurant) habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Super Design und tolles Frühstück. "

"Superbe hôtel très bien décoré les chambres sont spacieuses avec un grand balcon , nombreux rangements, cafetière à disposition peignoir et pantoufles fournis, il y’a une piscine intérieure mais je trouve qu elle n est pas assez chauffée dommage, il y’a un bar et un restaurant… il y a aussi un spa à l étage inférieur. Les massages sont exceptionnels une salle de sport est également à disposition. Le parking est gratuit . Seul bémol pas grand chose à l extérieur de l hôtel "

"Sur le conseil de mon cousin, résident à limonest nous avons réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel. L'accueil simple, efficace, convivial, disponible. Petit bémol, la chambre n'a pas été faite le 2e jour de notre séjour."

"Fantastic staff, beautiful rooms. Not super close to main part of Lyon but easy to jump on ebikes and ride beside the river safely and beautifully in to town all times of day. Was disappointed the restaurant and bar were closed during our stay because it was "slow summer" would have appreciated if even the bar stayed open so there was some type of drinks available because there isn't much super close in the area. Would recommend the hotel!"

"This hotel is amazing. The grounds and reestructure were originally a convent. The lobby has high domed ceiling with outstanding artwork, as well as the floors dazzling mosaics. The large courtyard with what now are enclosed halls are light and airy with the beautiful windows. The renovated rooms are extra large, tall ceilings, again the gorgeous windows, bathrooms are modern and large. The bar in the lobby is so cool and cozy. Great bang for my buck. "

"The property is quiet, extremely clean, and convenient to everything. The front desk staff on both check-in and check-out were very nice, helpful, and pleasant. We only stayed two nights, but when I come back to Lyon I will definitely book here."

"Great place to stay right in the middle of the experience with restaurants and shopping all close by. There was a market along the river the morning we woke up. The hotel was quiet clean and comfortable. "

"The staff was incomparable! So incredibly helpful and accommodating! Anne was very thoughtful, friendly and, above all, helpful!! The A/C in our room did not work and it was extremely hot, so we were moved to another room with EXCELLENT air conditioning and we were super grateful!! Thank you, Villa Florentine!"

"The room is not big,while it is clean.The bed is comfortable,shower experience is good I like the shower gel.Through the window you can see opposite building which has a pleasant view. Boss is very kind and helpful make me feel rest assured.I feel safe and had a very good sleep in the night, the environment is quiet and friendly.The hotel is near the river saone and 10minutes walk to railway station Lyon Perrache,and 4minutes’ walk to metro Ampere victor hugo,very good location."

"Das Hotel Le Roosevelt liegt etwas ausserhalb vom Stadtkern und zu Fuss braucht man schon 20 Minuten. In der Umgebung hat es aber viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Vorteil: Ladestation für E-Autos."
