Disappointed
While we had a lovely holiday the maid service was poor, out of the 6 days we were there 2 days the room was not cleaned, 1 day we had to go to reception to ask for it to be cleaned and on 1 day it was cleaned the cups and glasses were not washed. We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Very spacious and clean room, amazing pool area and a breakfast buffet with a great variety of tasty and well cooked things to choose from. All the staff we engaged with was very friendly and helpful and made our stay even better.
