"Booking and check-in went smoothly. The entryway and restaurant were spacious and well-decorated. My room was mostly clean and comfortable — the pillows and comforter were soft and the HVAC worked properly. Their made-to-order breakfast was tasty with generous portion sizes. Downsides: I found about 20-30 tiny black ants living around the bathroom in the room. Parking was a bit of a pain since the elevator in the closest garage wasn’t working."

"I wasn’t able to stay at the property for personal reasons. I called directly to make the cancellation and the person who answered the phone at the hotel told me that it was up to Expedia to refund my payment (I had prepaid the full 3 nights) I called expedia.com and they tried contacting the hotel and explaining I wasn’t able to stay at the hotel and that I needed my refund at least for the following 2 nights (just keep one night’s deposit as penalty not the full 3 nights) it was impossible....

"The stay was ok, and that is the best I can say. I wouldn't say it was bad, but I wouldn't say it was good. The refrigerator did not work properly and was dripping water on the inside, which the maintenance person said all of them are like that. Also, the shower was a little dingy. I also made some requests that were ignored, so be aware that even if you have a valid reason, like health issues, that you run the risk of having those requests ignored."
