"The only thing was that the 'beach' nearest the resort is not swimmable (mostly rocks)-however we, walked further up and there was actually sand, but the beach looked unsafe with a visible drop off in ocean--but it was ok for a nice stroll--just not too far from hotel. "Spent one night at the Kauai property. Only glitch was at checkin only; one clerk to do it. Got behind a lady that had an issue with an upgrade? Maybe more personel needed. Quite irritating to say the least. 20 minutes of bliss!!"
