In the first floor, you'll find a cozy living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a bright windowed bathroom with a shower box, a balcony and a fireplace. The accommodation also includes a/c, one covered parking space in the garage per booking, Satellite TV and a light free WiFi. There is also a shared washing machine at an extra cost, for more information, ask the agency upon check-in. Amenities include access to a fitness trail and children's playground at the nearby "Parco Hemingway," ensuring fun and convenience for the whole family.
