"Not impressed with this property. Took way too long to check in (15 min), even though there was no one in front of me. TV didn't work the first night and they had no one to fix it. Mold in the shower in multiple places. TV is in a difficult-to-watch position. Talked with a customer service member who promised to give me a discount on my bill. Of course that didn't happen. And - omg - so many useless emails from this place. There was nothing inherently bad, but so many inconveniences to guarantee...

"Staff really nice. We were low on body wash and shampoo and they were able to get it to us fast. Breakfast was ok. Pool was clean."

"The staff was friendly but our A/C didn’t esp second day a guy came to fix it, but when we got back it was doing the same thing. Also on carpet next to bed there was what looked like vomit that perhaps was wiped by a towel but never cleaned by hotel. They also never cleaned our room in the 3 days we were there. We had to ask for towels."

"Housekeeping could do better with cleaning the bathrooms like wiping the walls and sweeping the corners or the bathroom and also the corners in the shower and the hot water doesn’t get hot just warm other than that the stay was great ."

"Vibrant colors and comfortable lounge area with breakfast was nice. Free parking was excellent and easy to access. Room was mostly clean but shampoo/conditioner had not been refilled before my stay and were not refilled on my cleaning day. Staff were somewhat helpful but not as helpful as they could have been, especially regarding the snacks for purchase when they were not willing to point to something I was looking for even though I asked and instead let me find it myself."

"There was a floral cleaning scent everywhere. I opened the window to my room to air it out, but when I closed it and turned on the fan, the scent was coming out with the fan air. The bed was super comfortable and the towels were very ok for the price of the room"
