"The room was clean and the beds were very good. One annoying problem was that the shampoo, conditioner, and the bath soap dispensers were empty! Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until I was ready to use the shampoo. I believe this is a newly acquired hotel by Marriott and they still need to fine tune themselves to Marriott’s standards. Our welcome message was for another family and the room across the way made their own “Do not disturb” sign!"

"This handicapped room floor was not carpeted which made it easier to to navigate the wheelchair. Also the shower was a roll-in design making showering very easy. One minor blip with the room was the loose floor drain cover that slid off as I proceeded across it causing a fully open drain. The breakfast was definitely the bummer. "Costly parking fees, but the grounds were clean and homey. Loved the 2 bedroom/2 bath suite. Plenty of room and very quiet. Good location. Would stay there again."

"When we fly DIA this hotel is our choice for comfort & convenience. Large clean rooms & a fabulous 24 hour shuttle. We always fly early so I’m not sure if there’s a breakfast but Village Inn is a block away. Great location & easy to find."

"The staff at the front desk were great, very helpful and friendly - Matthew in particular. The room was spotless, and the bed was super soft, like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was good with all the normal staples. The included shuttles to and from the airport were convenient."

"The hotel is under a a reno project. It wasn’t too inconvenient. We moved rooms because of the exhaust fan in the bathroom kept running. The next room had the same problem so I assume they were upgrading that system too. Tiana (I hope I got the name right), on the front desk was very helpful. Appreciated her help."

"Very quick stay to catch plane in the morning. Hotel is beautiful and in good condition. Lobht and rooms were clean. Rooms are very spacious. Parking is very easy and $15 a night which isnt bad compared to other hotels"

"Was on 3rd floor Very loud room above until late and early in the morning. Loud jumping. Pounding Had important cross country trip had to stop hour later due to zero sleep. Asked staff for help None. I will never go to a Holiday inn again paper thin walls and ceilings very poor construction Paid almost $200 for room and zero sleep. Lesson learned. Lots of kids above me no supervision. Worst stay ever had in 30 years of traveling. I usually do no leave reviews. Terrible"
