"Dated decour but under new owners who are renovating. The hotel has the most helpful wonderful staff, nothing to much trouble to them. Food good, ideal central location, clean safe and secure. Close to tram and bus stops. Bar at the premises with entertainment. Their motto 'Arrive as strangers leave as friends ' 100% true Definitely would stay there again "

"We had a fabulous stay at 172a Longmeanygate. Such a quiet spot yet close access for the motorways. We got to the Lakes, Yorkshire Dales, Castle Howard and Bank Hall as well as visiting friends and relatives while we were here from New Zealand. The cottage was very well equipped but my husband's only critisism was that the bed was too small 🙃"
