Located just 5 minutes from downtown Lexington, Warfield Manor is a beautiful newly renovated home featuring 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Located on the historic farmland of William Warfield guest will #LiveLikeALocal by being 20 minutes from Keeneland & the Bluegrass Airport, 15 minutes from Kroger Field, & 5 minutes from Rupp Arena! Enjoy your morning coffee on our cozy porch or even cocktails in the aesthetically pleasing back yard by our firepit. We have no doubt that you will feel at home!

Where Urban meets Bourbon is where you will find this cool and cozy home. Newly renovated, our property is located on the outskirts of downtown of Louden Ave. our property resides on the original farmland of William Warfield. The Meadows was an operable horse farm in the 1800’s and home of the infamous race horse Lexington. If you pay close attention, you may just see him all around town.

Warfield Manor Guests will be dazzled by this fashionable and freshly renovated unit. With ample amounts of storage, stellar décor, and Kentucky pieces throughout, guests will live like a true Lexingtonian while being surrounded by a comfortable, classy, and entertaining friendly property.

Featuring 4 bedrooms & 3 baths. Warfield features two en-suites with king beds, one located on the first floor and the second is located upstairs. The home also has granite counter tops, brand new appliances, beautiful vinyl plank flooring, amazing back patio, large backyard, Roku T.V. in every bedroom, well stocked kithcen, pingpong table, firepit, spacious yard and wireless internet.

Warfield Manor has two en-suites. One on the first floor and the second is on the 2nd floor, each bedroom also features a King bed. Upstairs also features 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds and a hall bath.

An iron and ironing board come with this unit for all of those important events and photos. Residents will also enjoy heat and air conditioning during their stay. We love furbabies, so reach out to find more information on our pet policy! This property also includes parking! Guests are easily able to access Lexington's finest attractions and experience multiple aspects of this diverse city.

This house was perfect for our quick trip to Lexington! And what a fun surprise to see it was decorated for Christmas including holiday bedding in each room! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms great, and kitchen stocked with coffee & tea. Nice little retreat! Fun to see the pictures of the home before and during renovation. Nicely done!

The house inside has been completely remodeled and is all brand new. We enjoyed having our coffee on the back deck. The beds were very comfortable. You may need to know that the stairs going to the second floor are very short in depth and steep which was too treacherous for me. However, there is a large bedroom on the main floor with a full size bathroom and walk-in shower. BUT no matter what temp you set the thermostat to it would not change and was warmer than we would have liked. ALSO, communication was extremely poor! One person arrived 2-hours earlier than I (renter) did which was only 1-hour before check-in and we still did not have a key code from the manager. I had to call them 3 times to get an access code and by the time we gained entry, it was over an hour AFTER check-in time!!!! This is unacceptable for a VRBO and inconvenient since we had parties checking in from three different states!!

Nice house!

We had a group of 6 staying in this house. Everyone agreed that the house was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone! We had one question once we arrived and Heath quickly answer that question. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors are friendly.

Cute House

Five friends stayed in this cute little house with plenty of room. It was in a location close to downtown and close to restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and easy access. The communication with renter was good and entry was easy. We enjoyed our stay very much. The check in and check out instructions were clear and reasonable. Thank you for a great time in Lexington.

Very nice house and clean. Beds comfortable. Nice family room space and 2 outdoor spaces. Easy parking for multiple cars in drive way. Convenient to Uk/Rupp arena(10-12minutes).

This home worked great for our 3 couples. There was a lot of room to spread out. Our only regret is that we didn’t have enough time for a ping-pong tournament. Communication with the owners was quick and clear. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.
