    Lexington's Artistic Bunker is an amazing hip condo in the desirable Bell Court location close to downtown.

    Note, we have very little little NATRUAL Light in this unit.

    Where the bourbon and artists brush runs free, is where you will find this unique Condo. Guests will be dazzled by this fashionable downtown unit. With ample amounts of storage, eclectic décor, and industrial aesthetic, guests will live like a true Lexingtonian while being surrounded by original art and the convenience's of Downtown Lexington.

    Guests are easily able to walk to A Cup of Commonwealth & Carson's. This Condo features 1 Queen Bed, 1 full Sofa Bed & 1 Full bathroom. Even though this condo is a little more than 500sqft, the open ceilings make this unit appear much larger.

    This unit features polished concrete floors, hand painted murals, 2 Roku T.V.'s, and wireless internet.

    Offering guests a full kitchen, dining area, washer & dryer, living/entertainment space, and just a short commute to live like a local and experience all of Kentucky's finest. An iron and ironing board come with this unit for all of those important events and photos. Residents will also enjoy heat and air conditioning during their stay. There is one assigned parking spot on property.

The condo was beautiful and very clean and everything we needed from dishes and kitchen items to laundry, facilities, and soap and accessories. We enjoyed this place and will happily stay again.

Extremely well appointed VRBO. Wish we had been staying longer to use all the amenities. The personal touch of having Ale 8 and microwave popcorn. Appreciated the laundry facilities. Kitchen was extremely well appointed with every utensil and cooking item. The kitchen cookware was also in nice condition. I appreciated inclusion the both tea and coffee (k-cups and ground coffee) supplies. Great location that is very walkable to downtown sites, shops and restaurants.

Labor Day weekend

An absolutely lovely place to stay. We chose it for etc. location to Lexington because we had family in Nicholasville Harrodsburg Brian station Tates Creek Richmond Road and this was easy to get back to no matter where we went. Nice property nice parking lot well lit everything you would need for a stay.

Quaint and quiet

Stayed here for a chemo visit at a local hospital for my hubby. Very close to hospital. The property is quaint, quiet, and funky. Enjoyed our stay, parking is excellent. It is tucked away in a cool neighborhood that is remarkably quiet. We loved the mural, the open concept, and the industrial feel. The unit has a TV in the living room and the bedroom- that's a definite plus. The kitchen is well stocked. Loved our stay; just the atmosphere we needed. Thank you!

I really wanted to like this place and rarely leave negative reviews however…started with listing stating no hidden fees & that rental was pet friendly. Within 30 minutes of booking, I was requested to pay a per pet fee, which was not mentioned anywhere in listing. OK, paid that. Wanted to watch March Madness, but no TV remote for main TV messaged them, response, OK we dropped off. No you didn’t? Response we will drop off. Waited another couple hours with no remote or drop off. Too late, we will drop off tomorrow. I said not acceptable, they said we will prioritize tomorrow, never heard from them again. Looking for the remote found couch & chair cushions stained on both sides, food & dirty silverware under couch. Closet door in bedroom was broken off, walking around the apartment my socks got dirty really quick like the floor was not very clean. Fingerprints/various dirt on walls throughout. The sleeper sofa was one of those old school 2 inch springy mattresses with the bar across your back, so not realistic for two adults to sleep comfortably on, linens balled up in closet w flat pillows. Plus side location was awesome & parking spot included in lot across street. Great local manual. Otherwise, I feel like they are putting in minimal effort. A comfortable sofa sleeper & chair, a deep cleaning & investing in some new towels & linens along with a responsive host would make this ideal. As it is, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Check in went downhill

The code to unlock the key was incorrect. We were stuck outside the rental for over 1 hour trying to connect with the owner and customer service. Was a frustrating and sloppy check in.

Nice place and good location

The place was nice and the location was good, Unfortunately communication could be better. I had to message the host the night before check in to ask for the instructions for checking in because i hadn’t received any thing and they responded by saying that they will send that information closer to check in. ??? I was so confused did they mean the day of? They ended up sending it a few hours later at 2:00am! I also never received check-out instructions and there was Wet bedding left in the washer that smelled like it had been sitting there for a while. Overall the place was nice but much smaller than i anticipated.

Very clean, great location, walking distance to any part of downtown. Lots of noise echoing, slamming doors from the other units all throughout the night. Had a visit from a rude repairman to fix the washing machine during day 2 of our stay, from what I can only think was for an issue reported prior to us staying there. It was never communicated to us that this was going to be taking place while we were there. The shower was large and spacious. The water pressure was not so great.
