  • Enjoy our 2 story home, 5 bedrooms plus one room with a futon also, decor that features Kentucky Bourbon and Horse Racing. Our home is situated on 2.5 acres and backs up to Benson Creek. The home consist of 3 levels. We have a fenced in area that is ideal for pets or small children. Ideally located for Bourbon Tours, Vineyards, Breweries, trips to Keeneland or Churchill Downs, UK/UL/KSU or visits to the Capital.

    The top level has 3 bedrooms (1st BR has 2 twin beds, 2nd BR has 1 Queen bed and 3rd BR has a full size bed and a futon) and 1 bath, the main level host living room, dining room, kitchen and eat in area along with washer and dryer and half bath, the lower level has 2 more bedrooms (4th BR has 1 queen bed and 5th BR has 1 full bed) a living room with a queen size pull out sofa sleeper and a full bath.

The property was comfortable and plenty large enough for our group of nine. The property is beautiful and was great whether we were sitting inside drinking bourbon or outside enjoying the fire. We had a great time and the hosts were responsive and assisted with any needs promptly.

Great accommodations and communication.

Beautiful Home and Property

What a great home just outside of town. Peace and quiet for days...We thoroughly enjoyed the large family of whitetails that came by in the evening. Plenty of room for our large group to have their own space and great rooms for gathering. We enjoyed our stay with we trucked along the Bourbon Trail. Thanks for having us!

Perfect country home

This house was perfect, just as advertised, very roomy and well appointed. A big house in the country only 15 min from town. We enjoyed the deck in the mornings and it was perfect for a cookout. We hope to return in the future.

Great bourbon weekend

The location was perfect. We had 10 men in town for a bourbon weekend. The house was close enough for us to travel to Louisville and Bardstown. Right outside of Frankfort. Plenty of space and amenities to take care of us all.
