  • Light and airy newly renovated one bedroom condo in our states capital. Lots of space abounds in this unit. Rooms are large with lots of storage! New queen size bed in pull out sofa for extra bodies that may accompany you. Granite in the kitchen and new tile in the bath. Internet TV in the living room with the highest speeds for movie watching. A nice wide bank of windows give plenty of daylight while looking out over the courtyard.

Enjoyed our stay. Convenient location, although google maps does not take you to the apartment. External photo appears old and not accurate. The address sign is small and in the grass by the road. The host gave directions but we still had a little trouble. Loved walking around the nearby park. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Thank YOU!

It is a clean place indoors. I would have liked having a side table next to the sofa, with a lamp so that I could read. We could only watch regular TV programming, streaming wasn't available to us. The building is old and it shows on the exterior. All that being said, the price was good for a place to land before we headed home. The hosts were friendly and welcoming in their notes about the area.

This was so fitting for the short stay we needed, super clean, safe area away from Main Street, laundry mat near by just incase. This was a great stay!

Everything was great! Plenty of room, nice little patio in the back to sit on. Kitchen had cooking stuff. My kids didn’t care for the mattress on the pull out, but other than that we were very satisfied! The hosts even left us donuts in the morning, we thought it was very kind and thoughtful!

Host communications were great. Room was great. Some reviews say the area is shady but we had no issues the entire week. We will stay here again. If you run into the owner stop and talk with him, you may learn a few things about the area history.

We had a wonderful stay here. The accommodations fit our needs very nicely. We did have one issue that was taken care of within an hour. Very efficient and friendly staff made for a carefree time. Thank you!

The host was very communicative and helpful. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first but it was very quiet and overall a nice place to stay. It is in a great location as far as access to everything in Frankfort. The apartment was very clean and a nice place to stay for our visit. I will definitely be booking this property again on my future trips to the area.

Spent a few days exploring Frankfort. Property was in a good location for getting around town. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Kentucky Getaway

Clean, neat convenient with everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Surprisingly quiet. Would stay here again.
