Capital City Condo #3

Light and airy newly renovated one bedroom condo in our states capital. Lots of space abounds in this unit. Rooms are large with lots of storage! New queen size bed in pull out sofa for extra bodies that may accompany you. Granite and stainless steel in the kitchen, new tile in the bath. Internet TV in the living room with the highest speeds for movie watching. A nice wide bank of windows give plenty of daylight while looking out over the courtyard.Just steps from local restaurants, such as Mexican and Pizza joints, grocery store, gym and barber.Directly across the street is Juniper Hills Golf Course and newly built Water Park.Only 1 mile to I-64, the Airport, Walmart and a plethora of eateries. Come and enjoy all that Frankfort has to offer.

There was dust caked on the ceiling fan blades, cobwebs in corners of bedroom. It was not as ideal of a location as the listing made it sound. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Since there is no ice maker, perhaps the cleaning people could refill the ice tray when they clean. I noticed a couple of bugs on the kitchen floor, so you might want to spray.

Great place to stay

This is our second stay and we love it! Close to Buffalo Trace with a 5 minute comute. Perfect for the 2 of us. Really can't beat the price either.

This property was not prepared to stay. We ended up having to find somewhere else. We did get some refunded but should have been able to get it all. Very disappointing

Too good to be true

When you see a place that is priced much below other places, it should have made me rethink. The pictures were accurate and overall the inside was fine. The sleeper sofa was horrible comfort. Ended up only staying one of the two nights booked because neighborhood was not the best and the sleeper sofa was so uncomfortable. Hosts were helpful and no issue with overall cleanliness. Just be aware of the neighborhood when booking.

Weekend Getaway with Friends

Great place to stay for an overnight stay to attend a special event in the area. Easily accessible to downtown Frankfort and activities. Neighborhood may worry you as you arrive, saw very few people out and about and no disturbances.

Location was great! Meet all of our basic needs. However, neighborhood a little sketchy. Could be cleaner, afraid to turn on ceiling fans because of layers of dust. But at price point, works for 1-2 nights.

Home away from home

We booked for a few days of distillery hopping and dining. I will definitely book this condo again. It was conveniently located by downtown, shopping, restaurants, and distilleries. We used to stay at hotels in Frankfort, not anymore. There is everything you need in this condo. They provided linens and towels, Keurig coffee maker and they provided a few pods and creamer and sugar, full sized refrigerator and there is a microwave and stove. The condo was clean, quiet, and keyless entry makes checkin easy. It is not a huge space, but more than a hotel room! My only caution is there isn’t CATV. They have a Smart TV with some Basic free streaming channels. If your TV provider allows, you can log in under guest and it clears your data on check out day.

Great price, good location! Could be cleaner.

We stayed for an extended weekend on our bourbon experience. The price is on point, and the location is pretty good. You are few minutes from downtown; short drive to many distilleries. The only negative thing was the place could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom.

Perfect for a close couple.

Small space but it had everything we needed. Fast response from the host for 1 small issue. Some upgrades and repairs are needed but you can't beat the price.10 minutes to Buffalo Trace was a great start on a daily Bourbon hunt. DaVinci's Pizza was delicious.

More than meets the eye

Buddy and I stayed for one night. At first glance of the outside complex and surrounding properties we were unsure. However, the inside was clean, updated and perfect for our needs. Kelley was very responsive to any questions I had. Will definitely stay again. We love Frankfort!
