RIVEREDGE RETREAT-IN VILLAGE & STEPS FROM RIVER

WELCOME to the quaint and historic Village of Lewiston, located on the Lower Niagara River! This house was built circa 1837 and is just as charming as the village itself. Located right on Center St., walking distance to all the festivals, restaurants ad shopping. This is the perfect location and is only minutes to Niagara Falls! The playground, the Niagara River, Whirlpool Jet Boat & Artpark is just down the street as well!
The space
Guests have access to the entire house. There is an attached house behind it and there are some shared walls with the rear neighbors. There are some locked doors for Housekeeper’s items and reserve supplies. The first floor has an Eat-in kitchen features a dining table for 4-6 guests, and the living room. The 2 bedrooms and full bedroom are located on the second floor. Please note, the ‘toddler bed’ is a foldout cot suitable for smaller children under 75lbs.
Guest access
Guests have access to the yard area next to the porch, picnic table with umbrella as well as the porch and the entire space inside with the exception of any locked utility doors.
Other things to note
No parties, must be 21+, no local guests unless prior approval from host.
