"Lugar muy sucio, desayuno muy pésimo, instalaciones descuidadas, sábanas sucias, cortinas del baño y ventanas sucias."

"Todo lindo"

"Habitación limpia, personal muy amable"

"The room was nice and breakfast options were good. We were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub when we arrived after traveling all day. However, the hotel rented out the conference room for a kid's birthday party and everyone from that party was in the pool and hot tub. There were probably 25-30 people in that small area, so there wasn't much room for any of the hotel guests until late at night."

"This survey sent in spanish. I speak english not Spanish. Bathroom had stains on tub and shwer did not drain. Curtain too small for shower. Ovrall capets worn an due for replacemnt. No usb outlets for charging. Tv remote didnt work without shaking it Front desk help friendly. No coffee available prior to 6. Bisquits hard as rocks, sausage gravy luke warm"

"Me gusto que dormi bien y tranquilo. No me gusto que me quede otro dia y no limpiaron la habitación ni cambiaron toallas ni sacaron la basura"

"It was so unclean that I did stay, drove home instead."

"It was a cheap room thus cheap price really out dated furniture warped.one plug in whole room."

"The room was clean and fine. My experience was fine but the Reason for my star rating is my mother needed a handicap room. She actually called the property to confirm that she had a handicap room. The property called her several times to confirm the handicap room. Upon arrival, NO handicap room available meaning no way to shower, use the restroom etc. The Staff couldn't have cared less, just saying there was no handicap room and offered ZERO accountability or accommodation. Its the only game...

"Excelente estadia. Servicio de primera clase. Cordialidad total de los empleados."
