When you feel like a break from the sand and waves, the community pool provides sun-soaked fun and leisure closer to home. The condo features its own fully screened-in patio that offers a breezy perch for coffee or cocktails. The sun-filled living area hosts elegant beach decor and comfy furniture to inspire pure bliss during downtime or while playing board games together. Smart TVs are equipped in both bedrooms, as well as the living room, for ultimate in-home entertainment flexibility. The full kitchen comes well-appointed with everything you need to craft delicious home-cooked meals or quick snacks with ease. Additional essentials included during your stay are central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things To Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. We had a great stay at this property near Lewes Beach! The location was perfect—just a few minutes from the beach—and the home was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Fantastic long weekend in Lewes

We had a great stay for a long weekend. The property was very clean with everything we needed. Check in and check out was very smooth, Vacasa does a nice job managing the property. We will definitely stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

Convenient and relaxing get-away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Following a family loss, we needed a few days away by the beach. This condo & community was the perfect get-away. Convenient to beaches, restaurants, etc. Nicely decorated.

I was very impress with this place. The owner was on key with everything from minor to large details . Could have not ask for a better place and the key thing for me was the price…..I plan on booking for next year.

Taste of the Eastern Seaboard

This sweet little villa was the perfect place for my partner and daughter to call home base as we sampled the hospitality and beauty of Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, and the Delaware coast. The condo was immaculately clean, simply comfortable, and conveniently located for our trips to the grocery store, the beach, and a variety of restaurants in the area.

Great Condo!!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Very roomy for our family of four. It was very clean and the location was perfectly convenient for everywhere we visited. I would highly recommend and we are looking forward to staying at this location again in the future.

My sisters and I absolutely loved this space. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious it was. It was the cozy home feeling we were looking for. Definitely will come back.

House was very nice and we had plenty of room. Very clean except the comforter on the king bed had a lot of stains (we could tell it had not been washed) and the kitchen had a strong stale cigarette smell. Other than that the rest of the house/bathrooms were very clean. We would stay here again

Beautifully decorated 1st floor condo with easy parking and a stocked kitchen. Perfect location for Sports At The Beach. Only negative, the beds were not comfortable at all.

Great condo, easy parking, clean. Surprised to see linens were provided. Only complaint was a small of cigarettes but I’m guessing it was from a neighbor? The furniture didn't smell but the air did.

Great Quiet Condo in Lewes

Kitchen was stocked, which is nice. Having a Keurig & Cuisinart coffee maker was nice as well. Both showers had good pressure. The washer had a few detergent pods & the kitchen had dish soap along with dishwasher pods.

Awesome stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo is perfect for a couple or small family. It is decorated so cute and was so clean. We especially loved the little screen porch with ceiling fan, string lights, and sun shade that you can pull down. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking with lots of extras. The pool was clean and not overcrowded and we were happy that it was open after Labor Day. Location is right off of a busy highway but it's right around the corner from the turn to get to downtown Lewes/ Cape Henlopen and not too far to Rehoboth/Dewey. We would definitely stay here again!
