Relax on the beach, wander along charming Second Street, kayak the bay, or bike the breathtaking bike trails through Coastal Delaware's best park. Wind down in the evening and soak in the breath-taking sunsets and calming canal views & start your evening with happy hour in-house or on the deck and then take a short stroll to the upscale restaurants in town. Effortless getaways await and this beach retreat is ready to pamper you!

    There will be an additional linen fee of $350 as bed linens and towels are provided.

    Fireplace is not operable.

    Please do not opt for Damage Protection or Traveler's Insurance as these will be offered through the property manager directly. All Credit Card transactions through property manager are subject to a 3% Convenience Fee. ACH is also available for no additional fee.

Another Perfect Getaway

This is the second time my sisters and i have rented this property and it didnt disappoint. We had a fantastic time - this time exploring more of the neighborhood around us. The location is great - the house is beautiful and well appointed - and Lingo Rentals is great to work with.

Cool and Convenient!

This house is spacious, well-maintained and stylish (no wicker!). It is an easy walk to the beach or town but if you want to lounge at home, you’ll be comfortable here.

Spacious and luxurious home away from home

We've stayed here before and will do so again. It's convenient and well appointed with plenty of space, good light, and a well equipped kitchen. We had a bit of rainy weather this time so we did some cooking, played games at the big dining table and made use of the puzzles.

Beautiful House

Beautiful house on the canal. The entire house was modern, stunning, and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the upstairs front deck. The space was perfect for my bridesmaids and I getting ready for our wedding. Hope to book this house in the future for family trips.

The BEST!

There are no words - perfect setting; gorgeous, bright, clean, spacious, brilliantly thought out space; phenomenal deck; light and airy and modern yet cozy; fantastic views; ideal location; fabulous kitchen; I could go on and on! This was a reunion with family and close friends and it could not have been more perfect. Let’s just say we will be back!

Great location, beautiful house but needs finishing touches.

The inside is lovely but outside needs cleaning. The grounds are overgrown. Some outside cushions had been left outside so you didn’t want to sit outside at the table for a meal. Clothing was found in a drawer and kitchen needed to have renovation corrections. Overalls beautiful house in a great location

Great location and home!

We loved the house which is nicely appointed for a family stay. The kitchen and living area are super nice with lots of lovely dishes and cooking supplies. The location is ideal to visit the downtown area or the beach. An outdoor shower makes it easy to clean up when coming back from the beach. It’s listed as having a king sized bed which is not accurate - there are three brooms with queen beds and nice bathrooms. Otherwise, all is true and accurate.

2023 Memorial Weekend

First memorial weekend away ever. Drove into the neighborhood and saw all the beautiful houses. The inside of your home is beautiful, however the outside needs some TLC. The first night went to dinner at Irish Eyes and walking back. We all went to walk up the front walkway, and bam, I tripped on the uneven walkway and hit the ground.

Luxurious accommodations for a special weekend

We stayed here over Mother's Day weekend and loved the spacious rooms and balconies in which to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook and there are plenty of places to find a quiet corner to read a book or drink a glass of wine. There are even some toys and children's books in one of the bedrooms. One oddity - the maid service did not stock extra toilet paper or garbage bags (and given the fees one would expect them) - but that seems like an easy thing to correct.

Location, location!

We had a great stay at this property. We live locally but were having a bonfire on Lewes beach for my husband's 50th. We used the beach house as place for all of those coming from out of town (and staying elsewhere) to meet up. There is a ton of deck space to do just that. The property is stocked with amenities that you normally would have to bring to a Jack Lingo rental (paper products, dish soap, etc.). We loved being by the marina. That said - you are by the marina and there is the attendant hustle and bustle. And because the property has so many windows and is so airy and bright, well, it is airy and bright in the morning, too. We would definitely stay here again - which is saying something because we live locally and don't have to rent!

Labor Day Get-Away in Lewes

My wife, daughter-in-law, our two grandsons (ages 3 and 1 years) and I rented this house over the 2023 Labor Day weekend. The check-in process was problematic because despite confirming our stay the day of our reservation and informing the managing realtor that we would be arriving after-hours, there was no entry key in the promised spot when we arrived. We contacted the realtor property manager, who sent someone to give us the key about 30 minutes later, but our tired toddlers would have welcomed a seamless check-in. The house itself was modern, clean, quite spacious and full of high-end appliances with a gourmet kitchen. There was plenty of space for everyone! The native garden in front was well-tended. The property is within walking distance of both Lewes’Shenandoah Beach and several restaurants, which was convenient. The main deck of the house overlooks a marina and restaurant with quite a bit of vehicle and foot traffic which we and the boys thought was fun. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

Rough Check in to Lovely Property

This is a very nice home in all respects. It is exactly as pictured, perhaps a bit larger in reality. This is our second stay in this home over New Years. The problem we experienced was with check in through Jack Lingo Realty. we had touched base with them the day of check in and were told where to pick up the key if arriving after hours. Unfortunately, they forgot to put the key in the box. While their office was closed, the lights were on and a man (George) was present. Despite repeated knocking on multiple doors, he did not come to assist us. It took two calls to the emergency help line to finally get this resolved. The property manager apologized, but offered no concession or other token (a bottle of wine was in order, at least.) The manager was responsive to our report of a broken coffee maker--a new one showed up on the porch promptly. In all, it's a great property, but someone dropped the ball on the check in and, thereafter, didn't take steps to fully address the inconvenience and frustration caused.
