If you are looking for a home convenient to baseball fields and the beach, this is for you! The home was immaculate. Very clean, updated, the hosts were attentive and friendly (we did not need anything during our stay - they are organized enough that it was all laid out!)

Beautiful, Well Sticked Home in Peaceful Gated Community

We are a family of 5. This was our second vacation rental in this trip. The house was so well prepared, and you could really tell they put thought and effort into it. From toys and games, waterproof mattress protectors for the kids, kitchen with many items provided so we could cook at home and save money, best of all the kids' rooms were upstairs and far from the master. Hose to wash off sand (do not underestimate the sand if you do not live by a beach!), rockers on the porch to relax. We will definitely consider returning, and I hardly ever say that about VRBO properties.

KIN Sisters 2024 Getaway

We began getting together more than 40 years ago, when there were 10! Now we are 8 and we so very much enjoyed our getaway, the first in a few years when all 8 of us were together! Visit to Harriet Tubman Museum, Praying together, Beach time, Pool time, Preparing a meal together, Painting with music! Our VRBO was just the right size and space for us to be refreshed, revitalized and renewed.

Great floor plan

The layout of the house is excellent with two bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor. Exceptionally clean and well cared for. The only glitch was the electronis lock did not accept the code we were sent and we had to contact the owner. It was resolved within 30 minutes and there were no further issues. We were very pleased with our stay.

We stayed for our son's wedding which was held not too far away at Baywood. The home looked like it was the first day staying after settlement on new construction. Absolutely beautiful set up and very clean. We all enjoyed our stay and most certainly will be back! Thank you for a nice weekend get away with my family and friends.

Wonderful property

Everything was as described and it was a well-maintained property. Very clean. The community is very nice. 20 minutes from the beach and the pool area is a nice break from the beach and I would also add that there are two bedrooms on the first floor, which also make it easy for grandparents.

Perfect Getaway!

This house was the perfect stay! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us! The location was great for morning walks and easy drive to anything we need. Everything was super clean and the check in/out process was simple. Although we didn’t need, there were high chairs available for little ones. The games that were available were great for staying in and hanging out with friends. The fire pit was nice and perfect for roasting s’mores. We would definitely come back again!!

Lovely home, clean and comfortable

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The house was really comfortable, and suit our needs perfectly. There was plenty of room for all of us, and it had several special features we enjoyed such as the fire pit, fireplace, and upstairs nook. We also really liked how easy the check in and check out process was! The neighborhood is close to several beaches, which made our day trips easy and it was quite cute as well. We loved the forested areas and unique houses, as opposed to the more modern cookie-cutter development. We highly recommend this home, and hope to come back again!

Great Home Base

What a great house as a home base for our vacation. We came to enjoy the beach and because we had theater tickets in Rehoboth. This house has everything you need and is in awesome shape. The neighborhood is so welcoming and out of all the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything. Owner was easy to deal with and I'm sure if we would have had any issues, they would have been quick to act but alas we didn't have any issues as everything was great! Would LOVE to stay here again and just might!!

Beautiful, clean home

This home is a gem! Bathrooms and kitchen practically brand new. Everything was so clean. Two families had plenty of room. With three full bathrooms, no one was ever waiting to take a shower. Highly recommend!
