Welcome to this charming three-bedroom vacation rental nestled in the serene community of Angola by the Bay. This delightful home is perfect for those seeking a relaxing getaway with their furry friends, as it is dog-friendly and offers plenty of space for everyone to unwind.

Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by an inviting open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The living room features comfortable seating, perfect for gathering with your family and friends after a day spent exploring the beautiful surroundings. The adjacent dining area provides a table and chairs for enjoying meals together, while the well-appointed kitchen boasts modern appliances and all the necessary cookware and utensils for preparing delicious home-cooked meals.

The home features three cozy bedrooms, each designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, while the remaining two bedrooms offer flexible bedding configurations, ideal for accommodating families or groups of friends. In total, this lovely home can comfortably sleep up to six guests.

Enjoy leisurely strolls along tree-lined streets or take advantage of the community's many amenities, including tennis courts, large pool, playgrounds, and walking trails. With its close proximity to local attractions and pristine beaches, there's never a shortage of activities to enjoy during your stay. 6 Pool Passes provided. Guest can purchase extra passes at the Angola By The Bay office.

Angola by the Bay also has tennis courts, a crabbing dock and a clubhouse. Located just West of Route 1, this community is an easy drive to Rehoboth or Lewes Beaches.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.
