"We needed a place to stay for a skiing trip and stumbled upon this charming bed & breakfast. The home, built in 1885, has beautifully retained its historic character, which made our stay feel unique and welcoming. Breakfast was a delicious bonus and a great way to start the day. After reading some of the weaker reviews, we like to say our experience was completely different. In our opinion, this bed & breakfast is on par with others in the area and offered exactly what we expected for the price...

"Other than the bathroom sink being smaller than I would like, this is a great spot. Sonya and Brittany were extremely welcoming and the Town of Roscoe is adorable. Also make a reservation at the Farmhouse Italian, it is outstanding and very reasonable. The Yarra is 2 Thumbs up "

"What a wonderful experience! From the moment you walked thru the door you were greeted with a welcome drink. The staff was friendly and tentative. My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary and then sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne to the room. There was so much to do around the property but the soaking tub in the room was my favorite part. Looking forward to staying again in the summer time to see all the trails and outdoor activities. 10/10! Thank you so much "

"We had a wonderful stay at River Run Bed and Breakfast. Ben, the owner, was incredibly warm and welcoming — he even gave us a tour of his fascinating collections in the living room. The space itself is cozy, especially with the fireplace, which makes for a perfect spot to relax after a day out skiing. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with rotating hot dishes that made each morning a treat. Ben was also very responsive and attentive to any questions we had. Highly recommend for...

"This was a clean and comfortable property with great woods and pond views just outside the village of Walton. The fire pit and table tennis table added a lot to our experience. "
