5 minutes to the beach! Comfortable Bach, next to the beach access walkway.

Positives:
A two bedroom Bach that can sleep 6 comfortably. Our lovely light filled Bach has 2 living areas and a large fully fenced section (dog friendly). With a park at the end of the road it's a great spot for kids, and the beach is an easy stroll with the walkway alongside the house. The bowling club is just along the road, the restaurant and an awesome four square (baking, pizza and great coffee) in the village for when you don't feel like cooking.
With a heat pump/ac the heating is sorted.
There is a games cupboard the wardrobe in one of the bedrooms has a good selection of toys.

Slightly less positives:
This is an older place and there are a few things in need of an update.
The bathroom is on the list, while the water is hot and the pressure is good, the shower door broke so we've hung a curtain until we can put in a new shower.
A lovely tenant decided one of the living areas was a great weights room, so there are holes in the flooring under the carpet.
The fan bake does not work on the oven (normal bake does) but we have put in a large air fryer to make up for it.
The washing machine is in an outside room that had a leak and is a bit musty still.

It will all be fixed soon, by the end of the year the house will be perfect!

*note our front fence is temporarily down, the recent winds have knocked it over and it is still in process of being fixed. There is still a secure back courtyard for dogs that would otherwise wander.
